From start to finish Rory at Lewis King has been nothing short of fantastic. I rang him one day to ask if he could come and value our house the same day. Very reasonably priced and the house was on the market within the week. All viewings were done to suit my schedule by Rory. We sold the house quickly which meant we were able to secure our forever home. Unfortunately along the way there were delays due to the solicitors/factors we couldn’t control. However Rory helped along the way, chasing where he could, getting updates from our buyers/solicitors and kept us in the loop the whole way along. Very disappointing experience with a letting agent that on the face of it seems to be a very solid business. Expressed interest on a property, and were asked to put a holding deposit down to secure the property. Without a final agreed contract in place, we were pushed to bring forward the move in date by nearly 2 weeks. Following a few simple requests, the landlord was not prepared to negotiate, and yet we were told we'd lost our deposit with what were quite unreasonable terms it could be said.
