Lilypad estates have always been very quickly to respond to any query I have had, and have always actioned a solution with urgency. Any problems that have arisen with the house I began renting about 8 months ago have been sorted out fairly and without much stress at all. I highly recommend renting through lilypad if they have what you are looking for.
