Pedder have been brilliant with the sale of my flat in Forest Hill over the last few months. I had initial contact with the Director Daniel who was very informative about the state of the property market and advised me on how best to market the property.
From then onwards, I dealt with Ben, who was superb throughout the process. The actual sale was not always smooth due to some complications with the buyer's solicitor and the property management company. However, for me, communication is king and Ben was exceptional at reassuring me with any concerns throughout the process and ensuring that both myself and the buyer were kept in the loop at all times.

I chose to go with Pedder because from my first contact, they were prompt, efficient, friendly and professional. In such an important and complicated process as selling a house I really appreciated how good they were at communicating with me and how approachable they were. And I must say a special thank you to Shannon, who was absolutely integral to making things happen and keeping a vital channel of communication open between me and the buyers. Without her intervention we could have been thousands of pounds worse off and the sale would have taken much longer. Great experience all around, from the first viewing to the completion date.
I felt that the information given to me was always fair and accurate. Pedder did not try to push me in any direction but were always quick to answer all of my queries.
Ben West was my main contact throughout the period and did a tremendous job in navigating the sometimes difficult relationships between the various stakeholders.
Ben also went beyond his normal duties and helped me on numerous occasions, making the overall process much easier.
Would definitely recommend them.

Pedder, Forest Hill were amazing from the first pitch meeting to exchange/completion. Everyone in the office was friendly but we were very lucky to get Shannon as our agent as she kept everything on track maintaining a cool head and friendly demeanour even during the rough patches (she could work for the United Nations).
I have no hesitation in recommending them whatsoever.

We can’t praise Daniel and the team at Pedder enough for the job they did during our flat sale. Due to some tight time constraints they went the extra mile to get the property listed quickly and lined up a significant number of viewings in just a few days. Their communication throughout was faultless and friendly, regularly keeping us updated with progress on the sale.
