Awful.!! I am supposed to move into a flat tomorrow and they glibly called me today to let me know its not ready and maybe i wont want to move in tomorrow after all. I can't believe how uterly incompetent!! I have removers booked ended my tenancy. They don't seem to have the first clue... Totally furious. I can't quite believe it..

I contacted Acorn Brockley Estate Agents at the end of April this year as I had a property to let in Brockley and it had been with another agent for two and a half months. I met their representative, Kereem McKenzie, at the property on a Saturday and he explained the costs and services very clearly. The property went on the market the following Saturday and the next Tuesday Kereem called me to say that the property was let at the monthly asking price. Naturally I am very impressed with Acorn Brockley Estate Agents.

Stephanie Carson is an excellent estate agent. From the minute I first met her, 8 long months ago, she was on my wavelength, quickly understanding what I was looking to buy and not wasting my time on viewings of unsuitable properties. She found me a great flat and did everything she could to help the purchase, until I had to withdraw. Despite that, she then set to and found me another flat very quickly, which was in a better area and even nicer. She was like a terrier in trying to speed through all the details and answer the queries I had, was constantly in touch with me, the seller and the seller's solicitors to try and resolve problems, and she was always cheerful and straight talking. I was very impressed by her and would definitely want her handling any purchase / sale I might make in future!

Highly recommended! Matt (the manager) was a huge help with lots of advice/recommendations from start to finish for the sale of our property. It was far from easy as we’re deaf (so all communication had to be done by e-mail), the flat only had 44 years left on the lease & had defects, plus Japanese knotweed was found by the surveyor on our development so we really needed his experience to help make it all happen & keep the buyer happy. The buyer got an extended lease on completion and we got the price we needed – couldn’t thank him enough for all his care and support which he has gone beyond his normal duties. Absolutely brilliant!!

Being a first time buyer for us was a daunting process. Our viewing at the first property with Langford Russell was unfortunately not the one for us but Abbie our estate agent brought along other options that might of been of interest, in our preferred area and within budget. With no pressure from Abbie we decided to view another property she recommended and in the end resulting in being the one we purchased. From the offer being accepted till the day we picked up the keys Abbie and the rest of the team were very efficient, helpful and all round amazing with any queries all problems we had. Informative, dedicated to providing great customer service and making the whole experience of purchasing our first home and easy and exciting experience.
