Awful.!! I am supposed to move into a flat tomorrow and they glibly called me today to let me know its not ready and maybe i wont want to move in tomorrow after all. I can't believe how uterly incompetent!! I have removers booked ended my tenancy. They don't seem to have the first clue... Totally furious. I can't quite believe it..

Franco and Kadeem were very quick to reply to any correspondence i put their way. Once we found the home we wanted to buy Franco was extremely diligent answering all my calls and emails very quickly. We were always kept in the loop and Franco ensured that our sale (via another Agent) was always on course as well as the purchase at their end. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. Communication in these situations are key and these guys deliver!

Franco found the right place for me before it even went on the market officially. He has been excellent all along as have all the other Acorn staff from other branches. I was initially selling through Purple Bricks and reluctant to pay the additional % but I honestly don't think my house would have sold. The difference it can make if you buy and sell through the same agent is enormous and Acorn is very good at keeping the chain together without being pushy. Thoroughly recommended.

I had a great experience with John Payne - not the regular pushy landlords who ring or email you every 5 seconds but rather let you take your time to come to them with a decision. Aidan in particular has been a delight to work with, always friendly and polite and giving us the correct information at every step. Really impressed with JP and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone for lettings.
