Nice area, I live in one of the houses and they were clearly built cheap as it is so easy to put holes in the walls, you can tap on the wall and its hollow.

Delivered an oak dining table and 4 chairs to a new home on this housing estate, very busy but that's to be expected. Lots of trees being planted which is a BIG plus

Seems to be loads of houses going up, dunno why they still cost so much as just in Banbury alone you could solve the housing crisis with the ammount of houses being built.
