I went on a viewing recently with Taylors Bicester and was blown away at the professionalism of the sales team.
I initially saw Lincoln who booked me in for viewing a couple of properties.
Lincoln was knowledgeable on all properties and answered all my questions with no issues.
On the day, I went on the viewing with Katie. She was such a lovely young lady, professional and yet again knowledgeable about the properties.
These two were such a difference compared to other agencies in Bicester I have used.

Just completed my house move with Taylor’s, and I can’t fault the service from start to finish. I was approached by Lincoln when our house was originally being marketed by another agent, and he promised to get it sold for us which is exactly what he did. We had a very pleasant experience with the property sales team at the Bicester office. Lincoln, who heads the team, has been excellent on communication with us. Some solicitors in the chain seemed to be dragging their heels a bit during the process, but he was on top of everything throughout. I never thought as a buyer i would be recommending the sellers estate agents but I can not praise Lincoln and the team at Taylors quite enough.
The upmost attention was paid to us in our journey from answering our every query - and we had alot as first time buyers, to friendly congratulations calls through every milestone achieved.
I found this particularly impressive considering we weren’t even their customer! And this kind of attentiveness is not something we experienced with any other estate agents we engaged with.
I recommend Lincoln Kent specifically as someone who presents as clear, concise and very attentive whilst being genuinely kind and nice to speak with. Him and the team were quick to act and made the process for us very easy to go through.

Cannot recommend Lincoln in sales enough. I am somewhat of a stresshead and ended up selling my rental property at a REALLY stressful time for myself personally. I'm fairly sure I shouted at one of the poor solicitors and then burst into tears and I'm pretty sure I burst into tears on the phone to Lincoln at one point. I definitely got (let's be polite and say stressed) stressed over various bits and bobs due to tenants and first time buyers. Lincoln was a champ the entire time and had me laughing out loud on days where I didn't know which way to turn. I would have really struggled with that sale had it not been for him. He didn't stress about anything or stress me out at any time in the process, never ever once let on that he was most likely hanging up the phone to me and having to walk out the back and scream into a pillow, had me in stitches (always very lightheartedly and mainly over my memory or lack thereof and general hopelessness which was just what I needed) and sorted stuff out that others had been floundering with. He's definitely given me the most seamless and least haggling house sale I've had to endure - hopefully I won't have to sell another house but if I did, Lincoln would definitely be my first port of call.

Taylors have delivered! Whilst I was expecting for this particular transaction to take many weeks, when it was time to make things happen, Lincoln stepped in and drove this particular deal forward. I would have typically expected for the vendors to just sit and wait, but this guy pushed everyone to do what’s needed, which enabled the new tenants to call this place home hours from them starting a new job in town after relocating from London. If Jesus were an estate agent, he would wanted to learn from this guy!

Awful mismanaged lettings team.
I would honestly give this zero stars if I could. I rented a flat on priory road through Taylor’s for 8 months. During that time
I had no hot water for the first few weeks, it took numerous calls for this to be resolved.
Male members of staff conduced a viewing at my property without my permission, I walked into my flat during my lunch hour and saw two men in the corridor, obviously caused huge amounts of distress and then complained and they apologised blaming this issue on staff shortages. Bear in mind I am a young woman in her early 20s living alone.
It has been 5 weeks since I left the property and despite the landlord and estate agents agreeing the amount of deposit which should be paid back. I still have not received this. We had professional cleaners come in and clean the property prior to this they still tried to complain about the amount dust in the property and use this as an excuse to deduct from the deposit, luckily we had photos.
I had a phone call 2/3 of the way through my tenancy length by a third party called commerce windows saying the door in the property was not a fire proof door and this is against all legislation.
Poor communication on all fronts, you ring several times and no answer despite numerous voicemails, you email and hear nothing .
I have tried to take these matters up with numerous representatives from Taylor’s themselves but to no avail.
I have currently referred them to the property ombudsman who are the only organisations who have taken the matters seriously.

Me and my partner have been trying to rent place but been told they will let us know what is landlors deciding. Guess what now its been nearly 2 weeks we been trying to call them (been fully ghosted) and last weekend my partner even drove to them just to see there was no one in their office. Still got no info so we moving on! I guess glad we didnt rent from them as i cannot imagine what trouble we could have later! Shame!

It is been a while, but just needed to get it my chest. I am still not happy with the way I was treated. At the beginning it was okay, but then you were getting £175 from me as you were 'helping' me find a place to live. It was an okay place but there was a breach of contract that you turned a blind eye to! Shameful. You have this way that makes you full of self- importance?! And try to make me feel in the wrong. Er sorry, I PAID you, so I was a customer, who in fact received a very shabby service in the end. Especially when it came to getting my deposit back from you. I actually heard you were withholding it from me?! What? Like a punishment for getting the heck away from you lot?! Your hand was quick enough out to get my deposit in the beginning. And been an honest person that I am and doing things by the book, I followed through with what you required. I usually write very positive reviews for other companies, etc, but here I am not sugar coating. I will avoid like the plague. Have a good day.

I have been forced to write this because I want everyone to be aware of what we are getting into here.
I have been renting one of their house for the last 2 year, I have just started my third and for all this time I have always been patient and respectful with them, but it seems the more you educated you are with them the less they care.
I pay a lot of money for my rent because is "managed" and let met tell you, a managed property is just a rip off to take more money from you and the landlord, because the level of quality and service is ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS.
I don't have a single positive experience, when one wrong thing happens it may due to many reasons, 2 well it may happen, BUT when EVERY SINGLE time it happens is just the same, it means that is how they are.
The house I rent is old, so obviously you are going to encounter lots of issues over time, which is fine is nobody's fault, but if to fix those issues it takes you MONTHS, YEARS and many emails and calls, then THERE is an issue.
When I first moved the heating wasn't working properly, it would start and stop at random times, asked them hundreds of times to find and fix the problem, they said they could not find anything wrong I had to pay someone to find the problem and then request them to change the damage part, of course that is money they never gave me back. (it took 8 months to solve this)
5 months after I moved the electricity in the house started to just switch off at random moments, you could imagine how irritating that is, but more than that it was the possibility of something dangerous happening that could potentially get the house on fire, not to forget that I may come home to find the freezer and fridge off and the food damaged of course.
For such a serious problem it took them 4 months to even SEND someone to check what the problem was, 2 visits and the problem was found, it was a simple thing, but it took them 4 months to send someone.
The Lino in the kitchen was ruined because of the electric problem, by moving everything in the kitchen, fridge, freezer and so on.
I requested to change it (either by me BY ME PAYING, but since I need approval for any change since is not my house I could not do it even if I paid for it) it took them 18 Months, yes 1.5 Years to change the Lino.
Last week the freezer completely died so I lost all my food, hundreds of pounds worth of food, but is ok, is not their fault that the freezer died, stuff happens, fine.
However I have used their web portal, called them, but they say this is not an emergency, a week later, still NOTHING, I can't buy meat or anything that needs to be frozen, because well they don't care.
You call them all they say is we will call you back, THEY DON'T.
I don't understand why me or the Landlord pay this agency for, it makes no sense is giving them money for DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.
I am on the border of desperation that you fear anything happens because you will have to deal with an agency that doesn't care absolutely at all.
I just renewed my contract as I said and I would really like to speak with my landlord to understand because honestly it makes no sense, they have not even given me a copy of my contract for the last 2 years, which BY LAW I SHOULD HAVE.
I am borderline desperate, if the Landlord reads this (this is going to be post on facebook too) I would really like to have a chat with him I am sure with my name he knows who he is.
