When we entered the offices in Bicester we were given a warm welcome and they managed to accommodate a valuation visit very quickly. When Jenny arrived she was warm and friendly whilst I showed her around and then explained to us in detail what she could do for us and what she could realistically achieve. She also made me feel comfortable and confident with her expertise of the area.
Throughout the whole process she has kept me up to date with what was going on as I wasn’t able to be in the property, so I felt my house was in good hands with Jenny.
The team managed to sell my house with a few weeks on the market and they kept me up to date with the progression of the sale. They also kept in constant contact with the solicitors to ensure the shortest selling time we could achieve.
I’m really glad I choose the team at Bicester, they made a very stressful time a lot easier showing care, kindness and compassion.

Jenny was our agent & has been a saint in dealing with our sale. It has been quite a rollercoaster and she remained positive throughout, she was always at the end of the phone if you needed any help. It has been an emotional sale and we had some property issues, but she was on hand to help in every conceivable way. Jenny went way above the norm in helping us resolve any new issue that was thrown at us, she always had a solution.
Many thanks must also go to all the staff who helped us through this.

A few days ago we finished the process of buying the our dreams house!
We were so lucky to have Jenny Hodges from Hunters with us at our first viewing.
After we decided to buy the house, due to the fact that it was our first time buying a house and we didn't know exactly the procedure, Jenny helped us a lot in understanding the procedure it has to be done step by step. Every time she help us with answers or paperwork in the shortest possible time.
Thanks to Jenny, we didn't feel this whole process was stressful, more than that she turned this process into a wonderful experience!
