The time for selling property was not good. Barton Fleming did as much as they could to sell our home. I had complete faith in them but if you don’t get the buyers you don’t sell to sell your house. From initial contact the house was on Right move with 48 hours at our request and was sold 4 days later. Initial contact was with the directors and then handed over to an agent, Terry Steventon. Terry was the most helpful, knowledgeable and supportive agent you could wish for and without his input I don't think we would have got over the finishing line.
