6th Aug 2025 (10 mo. ago)I have just completed on my new property bought through Barton Fleming in Bicester. From the start I was shown the property by Terry, and from there on in dealt mainly with Colin. I couldn't fault them. Any queries I had of which there were a few were sorted and dealt with. I feel I built up a good relationship with them and they went above and beyond to sort out any issues I had. I feel it was nice to work with a local independent company and to support local trade. 5 stars from me all round. Thank you Colin,Terry and your team. Many thanks

As soon as we started dealing with Connells we could tell it was much better customer service. Jasmine and Chloe have been great at keeping in touch and keeping you informed of the process. They were very knowledgeable about the property and very friendly and helpful, which really helped the decision to go with the flat they showed us, as we knew we would get much better support from them compared to the original letting agency we talked to.
