We used Carter Jonas in Oxford, England to rent out our property and I was overall very satisfied with the service they provided. I didn´t have to do any chasing as things progressed nicely in a timely manner and they were very good at getting back to me with updates. Their rates were also much better than the other common letting agencies. The only small thing that can be improved is the delay between tenants paying the rent to Carter Jonas and the day it is received by the landlord, if that can be reduced it would further increase the satisfaction. I dealt with both Aimee and Sarah during a property search for my Mother. We had some pretty specific parameters to work with (bungalow/certain side of Aylesbury/open kitchen & living at the beck preferable!) and they helped us brilliantly. Their communication was prompt, professional and clearly actually tailored to us. We were dealing with 4 different estate agents in the area at times during our search and the ladies mentioned form Williams stood out. They took the time to really get to know what we wanted, and they didn’t overload us with every brochure, taking the time to ensure our tine wasn’t wasted. This was very much appreciated. I made contact with Liam Kerr from Connells as my previous agent could not sell my house and he made assurances that he and the team would be able to get us sold, and could do so quickly. In my lifetime I have brought and sold a number of properties in a number of different areas of the country. From my past experience I link the “Jaws “theme “ with Estate Agents. Well that was the case until my dealings with Alexander & Co. Every member of the team has been knowledgeable, kind courteous, empathetic and understanding. The sale of my property was complex due to parities involved. Alexander & Co were able to keep the sale on course in very difficult circumstances. Kaiden Ellingham’s approach was enthusiastic, dynamic, his ideas were relevant. In addition he was knowledgeable of the area. Not only was he knowledgeable and experienced he was professional and gave a detailed approach on how to market the house with a realistic price figure and keep the sale on course. He was able to negotiate with all parties involved in difficult circumstances and went above and beyond! I know that the words honesty and trust are not usually words synonymous with Estate Agents but from my experience they can definitely be associated with Alexander and Co. We had struggled to sell out shared ownership flat for months with Whitenights. We had sold, but the previous chain fell apart. We have recently completed the sale of my 91-year-old uncle's bungalow through Property Owl. Over the years, I have been involved in selling a number of properties with varying experiences of agents and I have to say that Ammar's service was truly exceptional. My uncle sometimes gets a bit confused about dealing with administrative matters, and Ammar was very patient and thoughtful with him - it was his first house move in 50 years, so very stressful for him. Ammar's kindness and patience was very helpful as we live over an hour away. He also chased the sales process very effectively, liaising with the buyer, the solicitors involved and the sales lady at the retirement complex my uncle moved into; he kept us informed about the progress throughout.
