Glyn and the team in Bicester provided a very good service particularly as the negotiations were during the difficult time of a pandemic. We have not sold a house for 30 years so we approached the sale with trepidation. We need not have worried as Jon at Thomas Merrifield held our hand all the way through. He negotiated a very good price with our sellers and the process was managed smoothly throughout. I would highly recommend them, from working with us to gauge the right price, through the advertising and subsequent viewings the service was excellent. Jon was always on hand to answer queries or to prod when things were stalling ; highly professional yet at the same time friendly. We cannot thank him and the team enough for making a stressful process far less stressful.
