They don't help and don't care. It's just all talk from them so they get paid. They only tell you to use distraction so they don't have to phone you back. Useless and uncaring bunch of idiots who work here. Don't fall for the rubbish they tell you about helping you because truth is they don't know how to. Get them reported to as many other organisations as possible for bad care. Get them shamed for the lack of help and care towards people. Look at the review from the person about their brother not being helped it says it all the poor man needed help not left distressed like he was. A nurse from the crisis team called G**** J**** said to someone who was seeking help what would be the purpose of any appointments. That was said by a nurse at a crisis team. The attitudes and behaviours of these people at this trust is absolutely diabolical. The management need to do something about the staff at that crisis team and the attitudes they present to people who have mental illness. The crisis team here is a review of them. THEY twist everything about your diagnosis even though it wasn't even discussed with you before they add yet another one on another one. They know nothing about mental health conditions and they never ever will. They say they will help you only for the CT team to get a nurse after 7 hours to phone you then they will say what help do you need, they are like parrots on repeat. The call handlers what are they paying people at a trust for to just pick up a phone to ask you your details a nurse could do that themselves it's not ruddy rocket science. They are not needing a middle man to get a call back to someone just put the nurses in the room with the phones and still let people phone a number for a nurse to answer then talk to the person ringing up. Does anyone remember Rachel shaw rip Rachel we won't ever forget what cntw did to you and how you were failed by them. In your darkest times when Rachel reached out for help and as did her family the cntw trust didn't want to do anything for her. A beautiful daughter and sister and niece and Friend to many people you are always with us Rachel we think about you often and talk about you still you will not be forgotten and never ever will. Lucky they don’t let me do 0 * absolutely rubbish hospital my brother had been there a couple of weeks and they allowed him walk free & he was hurting himself while the staff just sat and watched allowed him to harm himself and they thought they’d ring police demanding them to ‘hurry up’ they could of prevented everything from happening but NO they sat & watched him. My daughter was in bluebell court for 8 months and has just left to go into supported living cannot praise the staff enough dr h all of her team also activity workers gillian & Claire and admin Maria also ot christine not forgetting domestic ally I cannot thank you all enough you have all went above and beyond to help toni I know toni will miss each and everyone of you thankyou all again you all do a fantastic job I will never forget what you have all done for toni... Had many appointments here and each one was worse then the last. I had attempted suicide 5 times and ended up in hospital and none of the professionals cared. They even accused me of lying about a overdose! They constantly bring up my @transgender” situation and I have asked them to stop as it makes me uncomfortable but they wouldn’t. They keep putting me on medication even though it doesn’t work and speak horribly over the phone... Read more

Refused me help when I asked. Blamed me for having a severe mental illness. Call handlers speak to you on the phone in a hostile manner. They end the calls on you when you are trying to get some help. They tell lies on the phone. Call you names. Drag up the past even though I was told not to talk about the past. Basically they are useless but think that they are helpful. The call handlers are unhelpful they just talk over you and say they can't hear you and make things up as they go along. No one runs this place properly.... Read more
