The worst company i ever seen! At the moving date we received an email saying that The landlord decided to choose another tenant at the property without any explanation. From 2 months we waiting for our holding deposit which is almost £300 for 3 person and they didn’t responding. We called to them many times, also emailed them and visited the office and no response. They just don’t care. Last time we was in the office and the manager said and promised that at the afternoon they gonna refund but no one didn’t. Very bad service. I don’t recommend to anyone.... This is the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. The properties (internal/external) are not managed or maintained by this company and issues reported are just ignored as they simply do not care. They continuously send out inaccurate information and do not keep tenants informed about what they are doing or new systems they have put in place. All maintenance issues are outstanding or overdue for years at a time and any new issues I have raised have simply been ignored. They have absolutely no regard for the properties, tenants & show up late to appointments with no apology or care in the world for people’s time.... Read more

Absolutely horrendous service. Our initial impression of Century21 wasn't a good one at all, our agent (Louis) was 15 minutes late to our first viewing. Despite this, we loved the property and decided we wanted to pursue the tenancy. Once we were told the Landlord was happy to have us as his tenants, we paid a holding deposit and were assured by the agents as well as the referencing company that everything was in place for us to move in on the proposed date.
A week on from this conversation, I happened to have been searching Rightmove, and to my surprise, I found our future flat re-listed on there. I then called the agency to enquire, and they said they were arranging viewings for the following week. I then went to the branch, at which point every employee there (apart from Louis who conveniently wasn’t there) pretended as if they had no idea about the property being re-listed and asked me to wait for Louis to contact me.
Several hours later, Louis called me and confirmed the landlord has decided to not move forward with us, which is completely his right – but the lead up to that and the ‘service’ I received from Century21 was unbelievable.
Next time, tell your tenants before you decide to relist their property and please, please, learn to answer your phone/return calls.... Read more

Really bad, never update their rentals, have viewed a room where there had been a person living there for 3 weeks and none of them had been updated, the next property I went to see had been put up for sale, which hadn't been updated either. Just went today to the headquarters in maidstone, saw 3 properties for rent I wanted to see, asked the person inside if they were available. She said it was best to email and make an appointment/viewing, just got a reply saying they have already been rented.
Just don't use this company, would have better chance asking homeless people for a room.... Read more
