From the first phone call to ask Jonathan to come round and tell me what I needed to do to sell my home, to the last to say we had completed John and Jonathan could not have done more to get the property sold. I was treated with respect and kindness. Unfortunately for me my sale fell through twice before I got my final buyer. Despite the market being very tough John and Johnathan managed both times to get me sold again within 24 hours. I cannot recommend these two guys enough. If I could give 6 stars I would.... I would highly recommend Jonathan and John. My sister and I gave complete responsibility to them for our sale and they conducted all viewings, which was incredibly appreciated - we were both always kept well-informed. 5 Stars aren’t enough! Mapps Estates were nothing but exceptional from the get go. Jon is one of the most friendly, knowledgeable and genuine people I have ever met. He is honest and trustworthy and knows his stuff. We sold our house with him and his remarkable team in less than one week. Throughout the whole process he went above and beyond to push our sale through for us, even when it was touch and go (because of our new house holding us up!) the team at Mapps kept us calm and reassured us the whole time. I could not recommend Mapps Estates enough. Moving home is extremely stressful but Mapps really do take the pressure off and make it as smooth as it can be. They communicate and keep you informed all the way through, unlike many other estate agents who leave you in the dark! I can’t thank Jon and the team enough, you guys really are one of a kind....
