We purchased a house at the end of 2023. We didn’t end up buying a house with Marie Holmes, however, Deb at Marie Holmes was amazing throughout our journey. We were first time buyers, Deb set us at ease, got us in quickly for viewings around our work schedules and was so supportive throughout the process. In the future we will definitely consider using Marie Holmes again and would recommend them to anyone wanting a stress free process.

A great service at a time when the market was plummeting. Marie and her staff (Deborah in particular) worked hard to find the right buyer and achieved a decent price under difficult circumstances. Nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend.

I've dealt with my fair share of estate agents in the past, and let me tell you, it hasn't always been a pleasant experience. But I have to say, Marie Holmes was a breath of fresh air. From the moment we met Carly and Deborah, we knew we were in good hands.
As any parent knows, moving house with little ones is no easy feat. Carly and Deborah were absolute angels throughout the entire process. They were always there to answer our questions, no matter how small or silly they might have seemed. And they never hesitated to go the extra mile to help us out.
There were a few times when the chain threatened to fall through, and it was Carly and Deborah who stepped up to keep it together. They tirelessly chased down everyone involved, from estate agents to solicitors to vendors and buyers. They were like the glue that held the whole thing together.
I can't thank Marie, Carly, and Deborah enough for their hard work and dedication. They made the whole moving process so much smoother and less stressful than I ever thought possible. If you're looking for an estate agent who truly cares about their clients, I highly recommend Marie Holmes.

My experience of estate agents in the past has not been good, but we are so glad we went with Marie Holmes. Carly and Deborah looked after us through the whole process of moving and on the move date. On many occasions they went above and beyond their remit to help keep a particularly difficult chain from falling through by chasing estate agents, solicitors, vendors and buyers up and down the chain. They certainly earn every penny we paid them, thank you Marie, Carly and Deborah. Especially Carly for sorting out some unprofessional removal men for us on the day of the move

I have nothing but praise for Marie and her team. At all times the team acted with professionalism and care and handled the sale impeccably. It took 2 days from Marie viewing the property, giving a valuation, uploading photographs on Facebook and selling the house. What an amazing service and business. Highly recommended.

We instructed Marie Holmes to market our property on the Thursday before Good Friday, it was sold by lunchtime time Saturday! Marie was absolutely bang on with her marketing strategy, and valuation.
Everyone at Marie Homes worked tirelessly to get us to completion. The work Michelle, especially, put in was crazy! She was constantly on the ball, and constantly kept things moving between the chain.
I cannot thank these ladies enough for all their hard work.
We are now sat in our forever dream home (bought through Marie Holmes also!) Thanks to Michelle, Deborah, Carly and Marie - for helping us get to this point!
I highly recommend Marie Holmes and would have no hesitation in using them again - but I won't need to because they did such an amazing job of selling us our forever home, we'll not be moving again! Thank you! Xx
