No word can fully express how professional and dedicated Mark was in proceeding our transaction towards completion within two months and a half time.
We found a bungalow on Zoopla at the end of April 2024 published by Mark Coysh Property with very impressive photos and virtual viewing of the house and the garden. Ever since our first phone call and emails with Mark, we knew he was a very professional person to work with - he made use of Zoopla booking system, and had a very efficient viewing reminder. On the viewing date, Mark presented the property with a friendly and nice, informative approach so we didn’t feel any hesitation to offer the house right at the viewing. He kept the procedures simple but he acted quick. We got offer accepted after some hours of the day. The following weeks were focusing on enquiries from our lender and the factual parts of the house that we learnt from the survey and searches. Mark was always there with us whenever we needed help. In the last weeks, he was very active in following up with parties to complete the transaction - we honestly can’t thank him enough for that.
Mark is indeed a very nice person to work with, who owns an incredible comfortable yet effective communication style, and we would hope everyone can meet someone like Mark when they get on the long house purchase process in the UK!

Highly recommend- We had our property on the market with two other large estate agents before switching to Mark, and within a month we had an offer of asking price. The marketing of the property was very professional and as an independent estate agent, you know that the viewings will all be conducted by Mark who made sure he got to know the property and area, meaning that instead of just showing people our house, he was selling people our house. He also made sure people viewing the house were serious about the property, meaning fewer wasted viewings (and saving us from the effort of preparing the house for a viewing that didn’t show). Once we had the offer, Mark was proactive in keeping the sale moving through all the way to exchange and completion.

I engaged Mark Coysh Property, initially for some advice in regard to my late husband’s property. It needed a lot of work and I was unsure whether to spend money “doing it up” myself or to sell as a project. Mark’s advice, provided free of charge, was very honest and was invaluable in helping me make a decision at a very difficult time for me. Having made the decision to sell the property as it was, and allow another family to make the property their own, Mark was there every step of the way. He kept me fully informed and was even a listening ear when things got a bit much for me. His approach is friendly, warm and genuine, he really listens to what you need and is calm and ever-present in what can be a very stressful process. Mark is excellent, which is a rarity amongst estate agents as most are terrible. Why, fundamentally because Mark is genuine, honest and cares, he’s hands on with every process and is realistic about both seller and buyer which means that sales happen, and quickly, rather than being over sold to and under delivered on, a common theme with most other agencies. I’ve now bought both my house through Mark which was a delight, so have first-hand experience of how he’s managed what is often one of life’s most stressful processes (when a lot of other agencies wouldn’t give me the time of day, were disengaged through viewings, only dealt in blind bids, etc), and have also then subsequently rented my second property through Mark’s rental business, again cutting through the bulls**t and making sure viewings happened quickly, offers were realistic, and my tenants were looked after at every step of the process, especially navigating a slightly tricky change of tenancy situation mid contract. Mark was on it, and everything felt very much business as usual. So if you need an agent that you can actually trust, and have every confidence they will deliver against their promises then I can’t recommend Mark highly enough.

I have been in contact with Mark for over a year with regard to a potential downsize related sale of our property. In all of our dealings with Mark I have found him to be courteous, honest, trustworthy and extremely prompt in his response to my numerous questions. At this stage, we have decided not to market our property. I could imagine this would cause some frustration given the time spent but not a bit of it. So COVID-19 puts struggles on all business at this time and some solicitors and lenders may use this an excuse but if it wasn't for Mark working so closely with us eventhough we were the buyers we got our purchase through.

Mark recently helped us sell my Nan’s house, from start to finish Mark was nothing but Professional! He kept us fully up to date with the progress and any changes or circumstances that had arisen. He ensured that my Nan fully understood everything that was going on.

Mark Coysh sold our house in Surbiton. It was a tough market but Mark gave some great insight into how we should price it and even recommended we create a video tour. I was sceptical but it really made our house stand out. We managed to sell above asking price when other houses were going well below their asking price.
Mark then kept us and the rest of the chain informed through the process and we were even very happy with his Solicitor recommendation.
