One of the worst Letting Agent I had to deal with. They try to make money out of everything £600 admin fee, £120 check out fee, £100 pet deposit, etc... Staff are always changing and the Manager, Neale is useless, not following any legal requirements! My tenancy agreement ended in 2016, moved out in 2019, but still asking for check out fee. Deposit incorrectly stated on DPS £1200 instead of £1300. Rip off! I would not recommend their service to anyone.... Read more

Excellent service and great selling experience. Glen was very perfesional and knowledgeable and used this to find the right people to view and perchase our home. We had lived there a long time and he was very sensitive to the big change we were making. Kept us updated at all time, even if there was no news he called to tell us there was no news. I have been working with Martin and Co in connection with the sale of my property. I have been particularly been working with Glen. Glen has been an absolute professional. He listened to suggestions and kept us up to dat at all times. Glen was particularly knowledgeable about the current market and honest about what could be achieved from the sale. I found Glen to be genuine. This was evident right from the beginning when I first met Glen and followed my instincts that told me Glen is an excellent sales man. On the day I have 5 estate agents who evaluated my property but Glen from Martin and Co stood out from the rest of them. I would highly recommend Martin and Co if you are thinking of selling or buying your next home. Glen was not only a sales man but also was involved in supporting me to accomplish some of the tasks e.g. sorting out my post when I could not get to the property due to other commitments. Recently sold our house through Martin and Co. Glen Taylor and his team were absolutely amazing, and extremely helpful. He would keep me updated at least once a week if not more and even on his days off. As our buying/selling was rather stressful, Glen was always very positive and understanding, and wasn't at any point pushy or rude. If your selling in Harlow and torn between agents, I'd recommend these guys. Avoid Intercounty like the plague. Thanks Glen and the team for finally getting us sold and in our new home! I have just recently purchased my property in Harlow thanks to Glen at Martin & Co. To be honest i was a little afraid to go ahead with this agency after i had read the comments but i have not regretted it once! My personal experience has been a pleasure! I had viewed the house in May and it took me around 3-4 months to complete and exchange. They are very false and they take my money without to give me the house and with the references past. The staff it unfriendly and do not help u with nothing. They ask u for documents who u cant provide and then they tell u that we cant do nothing more for u. Fake agency. Take care guys????????????... Read more
