After my partner viewed a property we were keen to offer and pay a deposit immediately as we were going on holiday the next day. No response to our request to offer, no offer submitted yet we were told ‘all offers were sent to the landlord and he went with another option’, which I would have accepted had somebody actually responded to our interest or allowed us to offer. Poor process and poor communication.

Really bad service never ever let with them! They never fix anything! Don't reply and Don't help you just make falls promises! Don't respond to e-mails or phone calls! Only call when They need there rent! So disappointed! ???????? the stress They give you makes really sick at this!

Update: we Fix the problem by moving out. the mould in our flat became so bad that it was dangerous for my pregnancy.
We still get our contract send to us by email every single day and we moved out 1,5 years ago.

We have been tenants for the last 4 years with Martin and Co as the agent. We have had our share of "moments" with the very hands-on landlord but the support that, especially Sue, has provided us has meant that sanity has prevailed and common sense has ruled. Through Boiler breakdowns in winter to getting extractor fans fitted to mediation over gardening responsibilities, Sue has always made herself available and has kept up good contact to ensure that the last 4 years have been the best possible for us as tenants. Although we have now bought our own house and no longer require the services of a letting agent, I would be happy to recommend Martin and Co to prospective tenants.
