Would like to thank Martin and co for recently helping us move into our lovely flat. The process has been smooth easy and stress free in this current situation.
When viewing before lock down, we was shown several properties without feeling rushed until we found the flat we wanted.
The process of referencing was quick and easy.

Only just been dealing with Martin and Co recently but have been very impressed with how everything is dealt with. Rhiannon has been very quick with responding to everything in the lead up to moving in and now we have moved in and have been communicating with Gaynor we have received the same high level of service. Reported an issue with maintenance and was sent a plumber within an hour. Gaynor has been present with every enquiry sending a reply within an hour and answering my questions sufficiently

After a challenging start in our first rented property last year, our experience with Martin & Co only got better after Barry was appointed as our managing agent.
He has been nothing but helpful, professional and efficient, having to sort out out issue after issue with the property. After renting our second property through Martin & Co and moving in two weeks ago, Barry has made sure everything has gone smoothly with both our move out and our new move in. I've also never seen such a detailed inventory in all my life!

Terrible company, extremely rude unprofessional, staff completely unhelpful. Not a company that wants to support tenants but purely in it for the profit,
they will take your money at any chance. Barry, in particular, is a jobs worth don't even bother dealing with him I ended up going elsewhere. SHAME ON YOU Martin and Co.

Great company, lovely and helpful staff and very knowledgeable, particularly mike and most recently Henry.
Fees are really reasonable compared to other companies I have looked at.
Never had a problem in 7years, repairs have always been looked at and sorted ASAP, always been informed of a inspection.
They’re always quick with email replies if I ever have concerns.
Over all I’m a very happy tenant, thank you staff at Martin & Co. ????
