Initially a great agency to work with. They sped us through the application process and were very kind and easily contacted throughout. However if you requested anything for the flat in your application you can be assured it won’t be fulfilled. It’s taken over a month since moving in for anything to be done regarding missing appliances and also a safety hazard below the flat. Although we understand they are not fully at fault and it lies mostly with the landlord, as an agency they should take more initiative ensuring their tenants are taken care of rather than us having to chase them up and remind them each week to carry out what was requested before we paid deposit. Although this may be an anomaly for Belvoir Aberdeen, be cautious.... Read more
