Lack of communication and not pro-active as I had to instigate them doing anything. Pricing is terrible everything is an extra add on with vat on everything. Too expensive for lack of contact and or proactivity.

It informed well about the additional advertising offered. Sales knowledge appeared to be lacking. Had to chase regularly and alter things
