Martin & Co have done a great job of helping me and my partner find a flat to rent in Aberdeen. We've moved from London and China, dragging 5 suitcases across all the hotels in Aberdeen, desperate to find a place to settle, so speed has been critical for us. We also had challenging requirements for the location of our flat. Kevin Barr has been especially helpful and sympathetic during this process. He hunted high and low for upcoming properties and was able to move us in to a suitable place in record time (less than 2 weeks), despite our specific requirements. He has also been supportive during the referencing and move-in process, responding to emails quickly and at all times of the week, going the extra mile to unblock us whenever we got stuck. First of all the real estate agent that showed us the house, was very pro-active in following up on our viewing, to keep us informed about other interested parties.
