Stuart is fantastic when it comes to character and customer service. My house was purchased with complicated issues attached with property but he ensured a smooth transition.
What was so good to see was , service beyond completion. He did not hesitated recommending different people and service beyond completion.

I have great pleasure in giving an honest review of the service I have received and experienced from Stuart Hyams and Ofer Josephon of Melvin Jacobs, as a vendor of a house in Edgware. From the outset, I noticed a reliability and punctuality from both, including the very first visit to look at the property. Thereafter, I was pleased to instruct the firm in the face of significant competition. I was kept informed of every appointment, which they handled and accompanied prospective buyers. This was always followed up with outcome and feedback. Once an offer was accepted, they kept pursuing the matter to its conclusion. Their approach throughout has been pragmatic yet professional. I received regular updates and felt I was being well looked after as a client. I have to say in my experience of many years, I have never known estate agents work this hard for my interests and am grateful to them for this. The sale concluded smoothly, with a competitive price achieved and in good time. I would have no hesitation recommending their services to anyone considering a sale.

This year we sold our late mother’s house. `Melvin Jacobs handled the whole transaction sensitively and efficiently.
They advertised the house well, presented it with a series of well taken photos and found a buyer in good time.
The transaction was difficult because we were at the end of a short chain in which one of the sales further up the chain was fraught with difficulties. Melvin Jacobs went the extra mile to find out what was happening and keep us informed, so were able to decide what to do at each stage.
We thoroughly recommend them.

Largely a very positive experience. Friendly and helpful team, good advice, great result. Only real negative is that communication within the team is not always as good as it could be, which can be a bit frustrating. But far outweighed by the positives.
