As a resident in a block located near the Edgware office, I have on occasion popped into the office when passing by on my way home from work when needed. The office as a whole is professional, friendly and welcoming (even when busy) and you really do feel that you are getting a personal service. Great team and nothing has ever been too much trouble, long may our relationship continue.

ABC have managed our block for coming up to two years with no complaints about the level of service. The service since day one has been above expectation and consistent, rare in this industry having dealt with other companies at our previous property! Thanks all.

Having dealt with more than one Block Management company whilst living in my flat for the last 8 years, it would be safe to say the service received by ABC Block Management has been far superior to any received before. From the first meeting with Richard Davidoff, to the day to day dealings with my Property Manager (and the accounts department when required) I cannot criticise the service levels. Emails and phone calls are responded to quickly and efficiently and any issues I have had have been dealt with swiftly.

ABC have been a pleasure to deal with since moving into my property and have made the transition to finally being a property owner a lot easier than I anticipated! Having not just a dedicated Block Manager but also an Assistant Block Manager has made it so easy to get hold of someone when I have needed to, whether it be an issue with the bins or just a question regarding the cleaning. From the day my house went on the market someone from the sales team at ABC called me regularly to let me know what was happening and give me an update on progress, From accepting an offer to exchange of contracts, I was never left in the dark or wondering what was happening. All in all, they did a superb job.
