In such a short space of time I experienced a lot. I won’t go in to details specifically to keep it confidential, But I didn’t really know the property shop or staff well and they didn’t really know me. But what I will say is, the property shop stayed true to their word and stuck by my side to make sure the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently, with my best interests kept in mind which really made me happy and solidified trust. That’s all you can ask for really especially if you are planning to rent long term, you want an estate agent that is responsive to your concerns, considers how you feel and values you as a customer and can give you reassurance if at any time you have any doubts. I initially had my property on the market with a couple of estate agents. After 3 months of little to no progress, I brought on The Property Shop amongst other local estate agents.
It is safe to say that Dario and Hiten went above and beyond to get viewings. From my experience, The Property Shop is one of VERY FEW estate agents who take a proactive approach and give 100% focus to their clients. The fact that The Property Shop managed to get most of the offers compared to other estate agents is testament to this.
Dario and Hiten never made me feel like they were too busy to talk to me. Unforunately other estate agents were usually too busy to talk to me or had a certain arrogance about them. However, Dario and Hiten are both down-to-earth people who get the job done very effectively. They were also very flexible, which helped us substantially.
Our sale process was more complicated that usual. However, Dario and Hiten were always at hand to escalate issues and help speed up the process - whether it was the middle of the week or the weekend. They went out of their way to help me secure our purchase too.
If you are looking for an estate agent to sell your property in Edgware, I would very highly recommend going with The Property Shop over any other estate agent in the area.

I have had dealings with the property shop as a landlord letting my property as well as selling my property. In each case the property shop were thoughtful and professional. They dealt with issues pro-actively liaised successfully with other parties involved, such as solicitors , buyers and renters in such a manner as to speed things up. Terrible and rude staff. I booked a viewing at 12 and drove for half an hour but the agent was not there and after calling him 3 times he said he was at the meeting and forgot the appointment!!! The only thing he could say was to book another appointment which I declined
