Enquired about viewing a property with aim to purchase for buy2let.
Despite asking for email communication via the right move message option, they kept ringing. Voicemails had literally zero enthusiasm in them. I contacted via Facebook to ask what info they needed to sort the viewing as happy to provide via messages to be told the manager would be in touch, they were not. Luckily the property of interest was for sale through another estate agent too, emailed them to have email communication and viewing sorted within 24 hours.

We were very happy with the service received by Kashka and her team. We received an excellent offer within 2 weeks in what is a difficult market and were always kept updated as to what was going on with the sale. The team at the Forest Hall branch have a vast amount of experience in this location and I always felt they were working hard on my behalf. Highly recommended.

I have used this estate agent for the past 8 years for my business and i have never had any issues. The staff have always been friendly, professional and helpful. I would highly recommend them.

Very unhelpful agent. The valuer was enthusiastic and very good, unfortunately this did not translate to the manager or office staff who were largely uninterested. During my partners sales process they said that they did not get involved with solicitors, hang on, is that not your job? Any decent agent communicates with all parties involved. I had to chase the chain myself to secure the exchange of contracts. Mike Rogerson's attitude was extremely nonchalant, after not returning numerous calls I was told, 'well we have to have a tea break sometimes'. I was distinctly unimpressed with this agent, they are best avoided in my opinion because they display an unprofessional approach. Poor service, poor attitude!
