I wish I could give more stars! Noel impressed me from the very start with his unwavering honesty, down-to-Earth attitude and unbelievable efficiency. The pictures looked as if they came straight from a design magazine, and his support throughout the process has been invaluable - if it all went well it was because of how involved he was till the end. So if you're looking for a reliable agent who doesn't beat around the bush and really likes a job well done, Noel's your person. I can't possibly frogmarch people through his doors, but I can surely recommend him till I'm blue in the face.

Used Noel to sell our house. There are many choices of estate agents and in the past i went for large commercial companies but the experience was never great, so i chose Noel hoping that less commercialised and more personal would offer a better experience and i am glad we did. Noel was amazing, each time he put a lot of effort ensuring details were done, that we were informed and provided us a lot of advice and insight well above what he was required to do. The most important part was his vetting of potential purchasers - in the past the large organisations just throw you as many people as they can, unvetted, most cant afford, not interested or at the wrong stage of purchasing so you would get 20-30 visits with only 1-2 good buyers, Noel vetted so we had 3 visits and 3 offers from 3 good buyers within 1 week this saved us so much hassle and concerns by ensuring his clients were suitable and i wasn't wasting time dealing with people and viewings that were not suitable. Noel provided very good photos that really showed the house off well, and was very pleasant to deal with. He quickly informed us of house progress, any issues and provided advice and solutions at all stages of the sale. I would recommend using Noel for your sale… ge offered the personal face-to-face touch needed when trying to sell your house. I cannot rate him enough. Thanks

When selling my house, choosing Noel to work with was the best possible decision I could have made. Amazing photos, very knowledgeable and approachable and above all a lovely person. Having made my sound decision to move from the city back to my home town and having put in an offer for a property back there, I a point of doing a bit research into the Estate Agents in the Heaton/High Heaton area. Am I so glad to have chosen Noel. What a genuinely smashing guy, who being born and bred in High Heaton is your best guide ever. A true professional, who has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the property market; his advice, support and guidance gave me so much reassurance along what has been a VERY LONG winding journey, with too many bollards.
Issues which were raised in the buyer's survey and to which I myself needed to address, were done thanks to Noel's recommendations of tradespeople - saved me a bit of money in the process too.

I’m a first time buyer and currently in the process of viewing properties so have had a lot of dealings with various estate agents across Newcastle/Gateshead. We recently used Noel Haris as the estate agent for our flat sale in Heaton, and couldn't recommend him highly enough.
From the initial viewing to completion day, Noel has been great and always on hand with local market and wider sector knowledge, useful recommendations for contacts you may need along the way (roofer, gas engineer, etc.), and really helpful and practical advice.
His photography and videos are second-to-none and he had an engaged list of prospective buyers to contact, factors which I think were key in getting a high number of viewings through the door and an offer accepted in less than a week from listing.
I would definitely recommend Noel's services to anyone in the area and beyond!

Fantastic in every way! Noel Harris was a pleasure to work with and the team were outstanding. If I'm perfectly honest before working with Noel I thought the role of an estate agent was just to advertise your house and I thought it was kind of pointless, I had been tempted just to advertise my property myself online and cut out the middle man. Working with Noel made me see quite how hard an estate agent can work! He was with us every step of the way. Making us feel calm whenever there was a bump in the road, supporting us through the process of both buying and selling a home. After having moved house 6 months ago, I finally have the opportunity to give a review on the services provided by Noel Harris. What can I say?! I really can't praise this gentleman enough. From start to finish he was courteous, kind, meticulous, supportive and very informative in all aspects of the sale of my property and purchase of another. Which is more than I can say about the estate agent I had the misfortune to deal with when purchasing the property in Killingworth! He did not send time wasters to view the property I was selling and tried his best to arrange viewings when it was convenient for me to fit in with my work commitments. He became an extremely trusted human being, who tried his utmost to carry out any requests I asked of him. A particular nice touch was calling to collect the keys to my house on moving day to take back to his offices for the new owners to collect later that day. Thus saving me the trouble of doing so when I already was under the usual stress of leaving a home both of my children had grown up in and in which I lived for 23 years. I can not recommended the services of this gentleman enough. No one who decides to advertise their home for sale with Noel Harris will be disappointed!

I could not recommend Noel more highly as an estate agent. Throughout our move, he was so supportive and made the process much easier. He knows the local area inside out, offers very useful advice and makes the stressful process of moving home much easier.
Noel is a genuinely good person and it really feels like he wants to help and has your back during the entire process. He consistently goes the extra mile - he picks up and drops off keys, he'll pop around outside of working hours, he pops back to your house when it's sunny to take good pictures, he gives you friendly advice on houses you're interested in... All things that other estate agents simply won't do.

We had our eye on a lovely little bungalow for some time. It was slightly out of our price range. My partner noticed on Noels site that suddenly the price was reduced and it looked like we could afford it. From the moment we contacted him to view, to the minute he handed us the keys today, we cannot fault him. He always returns a phone call, which in today's climate is nothing short of miraculous. He will happily answer any questions with honest answers. He even recommended to the seller that he not show anyone else the property as he was sure we were the right people and not time wasters. Obviously a good judge of character. The nicest touch was, today, we walked past the bungalow and the sold sign was still there. We met Noel to grab our keys and the sign was gone. That kind of attention to detail is rare these days. Cannot thank Noel enough and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone and if we ever sell [never going to happen] we would gladly use him as the agent, which is about the highest compliment I can give anyone.

So, on deciding to list my house, I looked at the estate agents out there, and saw all the usual suspects. None of them excited me. I’d encountered most of them previously and none of them had been particularly positive experiences. The only agent I’d liked no longer existed (small independent agent, sadly swallowed up by a larger business).
So I repeated the exercise of looking for a smaller, independent agency. I happened upon Noel and quickly booked a valuation with him.
Immediately, I was struck by his enthusiasm, and his interest in the property. I liked the logo (it stood out well against other signs), the fees, and the promise to get a fair and agreeable price for the house. I agreed quickly, to get the house on the market and he took very nice photographs the next day (he wanted the best light for it).
He had my place sold within 2 months - viewings each week, and good advice on how to approach negotiations as the offers came in.
He’s supported me throughout the process and got obvious enjoyment from passing on good news at the various stages! He took personal pride in getting the job done.
I will be more than happy using his services again, and will be recommending him whenever I can!

From the start Noel was kind, empathetic and honest and made the whole experience of buying and selling a house painless and (dare I say it) even fun at times! I do not hesitate recommend Noel Harris. Noel offers a high level of customer service, from his initial visit to completion. His photographic presentations of properties are excellent. Throughout the whole process he kept me updated at all times, and was proactive in moving things along. Noel was always easy to contact when I had any problems or questions.

Currently in the early stages of purchasing my first home, and after a nightmare with other estate agents on previous purchase attempts, I can honestly say Noel is such a dream to work with!
Being a first time buyer I'm rather needy and Noel's been so great at responding to all my questions quickly, and supporting us throughout the process. I'm even confident to say that from the first initial viewing I wanted to buy the property more as Noel was so helpful and nice.
Great knowledge of the process, the local area (Heaton), and a clear care for both the seller and us (the buyer).
5 stars and will definitely use Noel if I am to sell in the future.

Sold a flat recently via NHHS, having known Noel for 15 years. As ever, very happy with the excellent service Noel and the team offer - very friendly yet efficient and professional, great value for money, and the video was excellent and very much commented on by the people who viewed the flat. I had 7 viewings lined up for one day and had an offer accepted by the Monday after the property hit the web.

We cannot recommend Noel Harris highly enough. We received such a high level of personal customer service often lacking from high street chains, whilst still receiving a high quality online presence. The video walkthrough gives a great representation of the property.
Nothing was too much for him in terms of viewings and then assisting with a very complicated exchange and completion, with Noel being completely proactive, regular update calls, leaving us to worry about the actual practicalities of moving house.
I genuinely wouldnt waste my time using anyone else.

This is the second time that I have used Noel Harris to sell my house. I have moved before and used other agents and what i can say is Noel is by far more organised and competent than any other i have used. Noel treats the sale of your house as if it was his own. He is always available for help and advise when needed. He is a fountain of knowledge on all house moving aspects. I would highly recommend Noel above any other agent.

Since we arrived in Newcastle 10 years ago, Noel has been our first point of reference in everything real estate. Not only is he extremely professional and has unparalleled knowledge of the area, he is also a creative, passionate and very sympathetic agent. For us it was like being advised by a family friend who has your best interest at heart. We trust him completely and following his precious advice meant a smooth and very satisfactory sale, in the time we wanted at the price we wanted.
I couldn't recommend Noel enough: he is savvy, innovative (have you seen his beautiful videos and photographs?) and at the top of his game. But mostly, he is a lovely human being!

Noel has just helped us complete the sale of our house. The service provided was fantastic. Noel is a skilled camera man in his own right and produced a fantastic walkthrough of our home for the website- I think the quality of the video and his still camera work played a major role in getting viewers through the door. Once the house was sold subject to contract he maintained his high standards of customer service. He helped maintain contact with the buyers to facilitate the process. He provided welcome advice when there was the odd hiccup; as there always is through no ones fault. In our opinion Noel offers the best service in Newcastle. I can thoroughly recommend him.
