Highly recommend Northwood, especially if you have a non-standard construction house. They are highly knowledgeable about these houses and have great people at hand to help get the sale completed. Clare especially is wonderful! She's friendly, knowledgeable and a true professional. You can tell she loves her job and has true passion and energy for the job, you don't get many people like Clare. Chloe the mortgage advisor they use is also great, worth speaking to her if you have a non standard construction house.
Northwood stood out above all other estate agents I called.

Would I use Northwood again??
Absolutely! Clare’s attention to detail, passion for sales and customer service is what set Northwood apart from the get go at the valuation stage. She came prepared, explained the full sales process to us as first time sellers and guided us throughout the journey.
Caitlin did an outstanding job presenting the property through her photographs and online marketing including social media. This is one of the key areas that drew us to Northwood as we felt their style really fit with what we wanted.
Clare worked with us on multiple offers using her expert experience to get us full asking price! We continued to get weekly catch up calls which we felt really made the process easy and enjoyable.

Northwood Benton, and especially Clare, have been exceptional for the sale of my house. We have had hiccups on the sale journey which were beyond control of either of us as was a related chain. Clare pulled us all together time and time, following up closely with every step and as well with her cheerful optimism helped us get over the line. Would recommend with no reservation at all.
