From the first phone call to get a valuation, meeting Stuart who was knowledgeable about the area and realistic about the asking price, viewings booked within 24 hours of going on the market with two full asking price offers thereafter. Even when the original sale fell through the girls were upbeat about getting another offer. They weren't wrong. Contact was maintained throughout the whole sale process to completion. Thoroughly recommended!

After 45 years in the same property, Emily and Nicole were both very helpful in guiding us through the sale of our house. Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble to them. Kept in touch with us by email and phone calls. Highly recommended.

We would highly recommend Mike Rogerson Bedlington. We were secured a buyer really quickly for our late mother's property. The whole process was stress free. The office staff, Nicole and Emily were extremely helpful, nothing was a problem to them. The property brochure done by Stuart was very professional which instigated lots of viewings and initiated a sale within 4 days.

I am happy with Kidd and spoors services.<br>I am very unhappy at the double cost of being referred to Kidd and Spoor,<br>I find the referrer fee very underhanded,<br>As no one in their right mind would willing pay £420 x 2 = £840 to a third party.<br>Only used Kidd and Spoor as Mike Rogerson's representative stated we use these as its easier, not saying because I get a lovely backhander.

A good team on the whole - Lauren was particularly responsive and helpful. It was useful to be able to pop into the shop locally , as by phone there were often other people from other branches answering! The team were compassionate and supportive in complex circumstances and patient when it all took a long time from initial enquiry to completion.
