I've really tried to be patient with Mile Estates. But it's been eight weeks since I've moved in and I've had so many issues crop up. They messed up furniture measurements three times and delivered stools that were higher than the table. Three times. They say they have contractors but will take over a week for an issue to be looked at and you will have to keep chasing them (i.e. I've had a blocked toilet and a very poor flush this entire time). I simply don't feel valued at all - I've never come across such bad service in all five other spaces I've rented in London (granted, the others were mostly private landlords - but I didn't have to pay them a £400 signing fee either and issues were resolved much quicker). Perhaps they're currently short-staffed or that agents chase new customers for commission purposes with the nature of their job, but I'd recommend not rushing into a contract with them.

Requested a viewing of a property, agent responsible didn't show up and was rude to my girlfriend. Deeply aggravating.
