Arranged to meet someone from this Estate Agents and not only did they not show up but didn't contact me afterwards despite me calling to rearrange and sending several emails. If you want to avoid wasting your time then don't have anything to do with Winkworth, Kensal Rise branch...

After looking at and being extremely disappointed with other estate agents, the team at Winkworth were a breath of fresh air. Probably the easiest letting agents I have ever work with. (Having rented in London for the last 10 years) Aaron listened to what our needs were and quickly lined up some viewings. He was extremely prepared, printing out the property information and floor plans for us and was articulate and clear with us, from start to finish. Once our offer went in, Anne took over the account and we quickly received a draft and then final contract. The company that Winkworth uses for the inventory is extremely detailed, however I recommend you read through the document carefully, as there was an error on our meter readings. Highly recommend Winkworth for potential tenants.

Aaron Prescott was a refreshing change to my previous experience with estate agents. Honest and straight forward and really helpful and knowledgable in his field.
