I recently dealt with Winkworth in Westbourne selling a flat with a short lease. Having been unsuccessful with previous agents, Winkworth were fantastic. Their knowledge of the process involved in dealing with a short lease was great and they guided me through the process every step of the way. Previous agents in Westbourne had just ‘hoped for the best’ and wasted months of my time, buyers time and a lot of money whereas Winkworth tackled the issue with a professional approach resulting in a successful sale first time round. Ben and his staff are far more than just estate agents and couldn’t have been more helpful. I would highly recommend this business.

I have used Winkworth in both Southbourne and Westbourne. The Westbourne office sold my property and I bought through Winkworth Southbourne. The whole process was handled extremely professionally by both offices and they kept me informed every step of the way.
