So unprofessional. I called Mile estate agents about a property no less than five times before I could arrange a visit. Got to the flat and waited around for the agent to arrive. There was no show, so I called them only to be told they had cancelled the appointment. They then proceeded to tell me they had sent an email late last night which I had not received.<br>The public are trusting this agent to sell their property and they clearly can't keep up. What a shame, maybe that explains why that flat has been on the market for a considerable time.

Had a really great experience with Soroush who helped us through the process of buying our first property. He was excellent, personal and really kept in contact with us through the process which we really appreciated. It was clear he was always on top of things and keeping us in the loop with the rest of the property chain. Great customer service, and communication.

Mile in Kensal Rise, are amazing. The team are warm, friendly and go beyond what they need to do to help you. Soroush who facilitated the sale of my flat is AMAZING. He really talked me through what I should do and I got the best result. I can't praise them highly enough.

Soroush at Mile Estates was brilliant. He sold our shared ownership flat that had several issues regarding EWS1 certification. The process took so long, but Soroush handled all parties extremely well from beginning to end. It always felt like you were talking to a human being! We would recommend selling through Mile Estates!
