    Very polite and friendly at first, until they have to run away to chase a bigger fish worth more money. Then you're left completely to your own devices!!

    While a few members of staff are great, most so far is bordering on insulting and indulging in unethical practices. Absolutely terrible service. STAY AWAY! On the day we moved in, the lock didn't work. We called, someone showed up to confirm the nature of the problem and then NEVER RETURNED. We were left to our own devices, locked out of the flat with all our possessions on the street. When we moved into the flat it hadn't been cleaned. And by that I mean it was in an absolutely disgusting condition. My feet were literally black after walking on it for just 1 minute. The fridge and the oven were turned into biological experiments with creatures of all kinds growing inside. They just didn't do their job. Now they want to charge us £180 to simply renew the tenancy contract, a procedure that doesn't cost them anything (or £20 at best) and which I have never come across in 6 years of renting in London with 3 other agencies. They're not even trying to justify it. Absolutely terrible service. STAY AWAY!

    Very happy with Leighton at Greene, who sold a flat for us. Got a very good price, was nice to deal with, and seemed to take the right approach.

    Really happy with my Greene & Co. experience. When they say they are going to do something it's done immediately, and my flat was sold in the first 4 viewings. James Lee has been fantastic staying on the case when solicitors leave things to slide a little. I was given good advice from the beginning. When I hear how friends are faring in the area, I think it would be madness to use any other estate agent in Queens Park / The Kensals.

    Scott Finn was helping us to sell our flat in Belsize Park. Scott got us a couple of very good offers within a short time of listing, and a lot of other interested parties through the door. Unfortunately due to complications with our sale, the deal fell through - however, Scott and his team worked effortlessly to try and resolve issues which were completely out of his control, and the deal not completing was unfortunate given the efforts of him and his team. Sarah in particular was great to work with, very friendly and helpful and always on hand. I have used a number of other agents in the past. If and when I come to buy / sell in the future, I will call Scott and Green & Co in the first instance. I highly recommend them, given their honest, hard-working approach which gets results where possible

    Looking for one’s first home is a daunting experience. Not to mention the numerous estate agencies one must go through to find an ideal property. I was both inexperienced and very busy with work. Mr Joshua Goldring is by far the most compassionate, sympathetic and professional sales negotiator I have ever met. He is efficient, calm, resourceful, patient and present. He went out of his way to make my tight viewing schedules easier. I enjoyed our meetings and am grateful of his help in buying my first home. I will recommend Mr Joshua Goldring to my friends who need to buy and appoint him as my agent when I am in a position to change properties.
