Very professional and knowledgeable staff. It is quite rare in any industry to work with people who take pride in their work and who care, both Daniel in Lettings and Alex, who runs the Lettings Team are those people. Would highly recommend using their services.

Very polite and friendly at first, until they have to run away to chase a bigger fish worth more money. Then you're left completely to your own devices!!

While a few members of staff are great, most so far is bordering on insulting and indulging in unethical practices. Absolutely terrible service. STAY AWAY! On the day we moved in, the lock didn't work. We called, someone showed up to confirm the nature of the problem and then NEVER RETURNED. We were left to our own devices, locked out of the flat with all our possessions on the street. When we moved into the flat it hadn't been cleaned. And by that I mean it was in an absolutely disgusting condition. My feet were literally black after walking on it for just 1 minute. The fridge and the oven were turned into biological experiments with creatures of all kinds growing inside. They just didn't do their job. Now they want to charge us £180 to simply renew the tenancy contract, a procedure that doesn't cost them anything (or £20 at best) and which I have never come across in 6 years of renting in London with 3 other agencies. They're not even trying to justify it. Absolutely terrible service. STAY AWAY!

I had an outstanding experience with Greene, particularly Zeeshan and Amaya were very helpful sorting out my move out of the apartment which was managed by Greene. This was very surprising, as the same company's property management arm provided a shameful and despicable service, changing property managers every year, never responding or returning calls, and always taking at least 2 months to sort even the smallest issues out. I was pleased to see that the Haverstock Hill branch seems to be very different, and they really went out of their way to support me. I do want to warn both tenants and landlords though, you really want someone else to manage your property!!!
