I worked with a collection of estate agents in the process of finding a buyer for my flat. Charlie Rowe and manger Paul at the Kensal Rise branch nailed it! They worked extremely hard to achieve a good price from the right buyer. In a difficult market they did well. I would thoroughly recommend the team at Greenes and wouldn't hesitate using them again.

Having spent several weeks trying to find a new home with private landlords and other agencies it was beginning to look rather bleak and frustrating until that was when I met Nabil El-Ghorri from Greene and co. He has been exemplary and faultless and has given me faith in estate agents. A steady four stars, on the grounds that there is always room for improvement, but overall the service was good. I would have preferred a single main contact, for simplicity and that was the cause of one or two minor frustrations, early in the process. But once we had our buyer, James emerged as the sole contact. He was conscientious and knowledgeable and continued to be of help throughout the conveyancing period. My wife and I thought the original valuation a little optimistic and we were happy to authorize an early reduction and then to accept what we considered a perfectly reasonable offer, somewhere below that. In short, we found Greene & Co. pleasant agreeable and efficient. And they got the job done.
