    Very polite and friendly at first, until they have to run away to chase a bigger fish worth more money. Then you're left completely to your own devices!!

    While a few members of staff are great, most so far is bordering on insulting and indulging in unethical practices. Absolutely terrible service. STAY AWAY! On the day we moved in, the lock didn't work. We called, someone showed up to confirm the nature of the problem and then NEVER RETURNED. We were left to our own devices, locked out of the flat with all our possessions on the street. When we moved into the flat it hadn't been cleaned. And by that I mean it was in an absolutely disgusting condition. My feet were literally black after walking on it for just 1 minute. The fridge and the oven were turned into biological experiments with creatures of all kinds growing inside. They just didn't do their job. Now they want to charge us £180 to simply renew the tenancy contract, a procedure that doesn't cost them anything (or £20 at best) and which I have never come across in 6 years of renting in London with 3 other agencies. They're not even trying to justify it. Absolutely terrible service. STAY AWAY!

    Very happy with Leighton at Greene, who sold a flat for us. Got a very good price, was nice to deal with, and seemed to take the right approach.

    Really happy with my Greene & Co. experience. When they say they are going to do something it's done immediately, and my flat was sold in the first 4 viewings. James Lee has been fantastic staying on the case when solicitors leave things to slide a little. I was given good advice from the beginning. When I hear how friends are faring in the area, I think it would be madness to use any other estate agent in Queens Park / The Kensals.

    My agent Jonathan quickly grasped what kind of flat I was looking for and did not waste my time showing me a lot of unsuitable properties, even though the right characteristics were in fact quite rare. He did not pressurise or rush things if that wasn't needed. He was readily available and flexible with regard to appointments for viewing. He was an excellent and friendly negotiator.

    While some of the agents are nice and friendly, my overall experience with Greene (Clerkenwell office) was quite a disaster. They're unprofessional and disrespectful, especially the senior people. Everything takes forever and they have no sense of client service. Oh, and if you are a tenant watch out for your deposit because it will take ages to get it back at the end of the tenancy
