I worked with a collection of estate agents in the process of finding a buyer for my flat. Charlie Rowe and manger Paul at the Kensal Rise branch nailed it! They worked extremely hard to achieve a good price from the right buyer. In a difficult market they did well. I would thoroughly recommend the team at Greenes and wouldn't hesitate using them again.

We recently sold our flat through Greene and Co. and have been very happy with the service they provided. Having originally purchased our flat via an online agency and found the negotiations to be a stressful and unpleasant experience without an agent to handle it, we chose to use Greene and Co. for our sale and found it a much less stressful and drawn out experience. Andrew did a brilliant job of handling our sale. He is a good people-person and negotiator, and we were impressed with his ability to explain both sides' perspectives to each other. He was efficient in dealing with our enquiries and returned our calls promptly. He showed us kindness well beyond the call of duty and was a firm favourite with our little toddler, who called him "An-ew" excitedly whenever he came round! James also did a great job of drumming up interest in our flat and getting to know the finer details of our property. Although he didn't handle our sale, he was helpful, friendly and efficient in passing on messages etc. Summer is an impressive manager who clearly loves managing a well-run estate agency. We chose to put our faith in her due to her positivity and the strength of reviews of previous clients, and she and her team have lived up to our expectations. Estate agents don't always have the best reputation but Summer, Andrew and James all stood out to us as decent, kind people who worked hard to help us sell our place. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or to use them again in future.

I just bought my first home through Greene & Co and couldn't be happier with the service. They made the process stress-free and transparent. On top of being professional, yet approachable, Zac really went the extra mile. He came to do the flat viewing on a day when he wasn't working, chased the lawyers regularly to give me updates on progress and answered all of my questions and concerns right down to "How do I get water?" I don't intend to exchange property again for a while, but if I did I would go straight back to Green & Co and ask for Zac.
