For a while I had been considering selling my house for various reasons. I visited many offices of local estate agents. But the moment I walked in the Kensal Office of Parkheath I felt an immediate connection with Joel. I decided that I would sell through them. My decision to sell through Parkheath was most certainly the best. Joel has amazing people skills, he has a very professional approach but laced with empathy and an aura that exudes integrity. He was so easy to deal with. Very prompt whenever I had any queries, they were answered the same day; transparent to a point that I felt that I was in safe hands.
I put my house on the market on 11 April of this year and we completed on the 28th of July.
The fact after having worked for under two years for the Agency he has been promoted to become the Branch Manager of their Kensal Branch. I would recommend Joel to friends and family without any hesitation whatsoever. He is a great asset and I am sure he will go very far and will attain many happy clients.
