Scott is absolutely first class. Another agent couldn't sell my house in 5 month. 5 days with Scott and had 4 offers. Scott took to do with all viewings and kept me well informed with the 10 + viewings he had within a couple of days of going live. I don't even know where to start. Miller estate agents is like none other. Scott is professional yet friendly. Nothing is too much to ask and I truly believe he got us a smashing value for our property. I jokingly challenged him to sell our house within a week and of course he did! Every viewing and enquiry he informed us about and the level of interest the viewers had, and wether he expected them to follow up or offer. This was great for us and kept the stress low. This was my second time using miller estate agents however it was a first class service Scott provided from start to finish. Expectations were set along with clear and concise communication that was delivered throughout the whole process. Scott was calming throughout the whole process and went above and beyond his role to achieve a quick profitable sale. 5 stars doesn’t seem enough. Selling a home can be a stressful and daunting task however I can honestly say thanks to Scott it was the complete opposite. He took care of everything, the listing looked amazing and the offer was in and excepted within 24 hours all with his guidance and expert advise. Amazing service from start to finish. I first met Scott when I was buying my first flat and as a buyer he made me feel really at ease. He was very thorough with all the information about the property and quick at replying to emails etc in the process of the sale. For that reason, I never considered any other company to use when it came to selling my property. In less than a week the initial consultation was done, the photos were taken by the photographer, the advert was up and the flat was sold at a great price. Scott took care of absolutely everything making the full process stress free. I am so grateful for all Scott’s hard work and efforts in the sale of my flat as despite the fact he did all the work, he kept me updated on everything making sure I agreed with everything he was doing and made me feel like part of his team all hoping for the same end goal! We used Miller estate agents following the recomendation of a close family member and we're so glad we did. From our first meeting with Scott he took complete control of selling our property, arranging the home report the online marketing and tapping into his own list of prospective buyers. He arranged and hosted all the vewings and provided detailed feedback from each one, concluding the sale of our property in 9 days from the initial marketing.
