We recently completed the purchase of our new home that was being sold by Lion Estates. From the very beginning the communication was excellent, first of all dealing with Dom to arrange a viewing and then negotiating on the offer.
We had quite a lengthy process due to solicitors and everything that comes with buying and selling in the UK. It was made a lot smoother thanks to Elliot at Lion Estates who was the sales progressor for the purchase. He helped with communication between solicitors and even assisted on our sale, this definitely eased the stress! They also took the time to arrange another viewing before completion.
Everyone in the team we spoke to were very friendly, helpful and honest. I’d certainly recommend them and use them in future for selling a property.

What a breath of fresh air. Lion Estates brings a modern and dynamic approach to an otherwise old-fashioned industry and we have had a fantastic experience using them to sell our home.
Dominic, Matt, Gary, Sarah and everyone we have been in contact with in the team have been the most knowledgeable, most helpful, and most proactive estate agents we have encountered and they are completely different to the 'usual' agents we've previously been involved with. What differentiates Lion Estates from the rest is just how passionate they are about making the whole process work for their customers.
Their approach to marketing and presentation of our property was incredible - really thinking through how best to photograph and choreograph the whole presentation of our house, which generated so much interest and excitement about our home (and almost made us want to stay!) This is in complete contrast to those others agents that simply want to take some basic photos. The Lion Estates team had a clear narrative for how to sell our house, had a storyline, and created amazing photo and video content to execute against this. No wonder it sold very quickly!
The advice and support has also been first class; walking us through every step of the process, answering our questions quickly and frankly at all stages of the process, and even going beyond the contractual agreement to help us to deliver the best possible outcome for our next move (for example, helping us search for onwards homes even though they are only benefiting from the sale of ours!)
The service has been truly exceptional and we could not recommend Lion Estates more highly. They genuinely bring world class service and customer focus which is not often seen in this space and we are so happy we chose to make our next life stage with the team at Lion Estates.

If you are a buyer, I don’t recommend Lion Estates!
I have had such a bad Experience with agent Gary Phuddephatt where he always told me that the deal is on and the moment I got my mortgage offer, he told me that property has been sold last week.
Before this he also asked for my mortgage offer that makes no sense because if the property was sold, he didn’t need to see my offer.
On talking to him he replied- we work for the seller and not the buyer as the seller gives them their fee but he forgot that there can be no seller without a buyer! This is totally a crook behavior and spoiled my 3 months of time searching and getting a Mortgage. If you want to be disappointed at the end, choose Lion Estates MK.

I wad lucky enough to be associated with Sharon Nasir-Woods as my estate agent. From beginning till the end of sale and even after that; she helped me in every way possible to do a very good sale of my property in Tattenhoe.
Her enthusiasm to sell a property, present it in the best possible way for photo shoots and doing all the showings however late or on a Sunday; cannot be compared to the Hight St estate agents who only do 9-5 job.

It was the best thing we could have done Sharon and Richie vetted people before they came to us, to check what type of property were they looking for and checking that they could afford it. They took photos of our house as if it was a photo shoot, and communicated at every level. We had a fantastic experience with Lydia Dillnutt and Lion Estates. We initially met Lydia as buyers, and found her approach to marketing and selling a property to prospective buyers to be far more engaging than other agents. She showed a genuine interest in our requirements and had obviously taken the time to be familiar with the properties offered.
After a long period of little interest in our own property for sale with another agent, we also engaged Lydia for our sale and had an immediate pick up in interest and viewings. I got my house valued by several estate agencies, but I chose to move forward with Lion Estates.
I initially came across my agent, Sharon, when I booked in a viewing for another property. I loved the style and way she marketed that property and thought it would be a good idea to use her to market my own.
Sharon displayed a high level of professionalism to help me sell my property within 4 weeks. I liked the way she suggested I stage my property in preparation for viewings. She came slightly earlier before viewings to make sure everything looks good.
The photos that were taken of my property were stunning, and Sharon made a personalised video to create hype on social media. She also took each viewing very seriously with the right attitude and passion that helped generate 3 good offers in a short period of time, in a challenging market.
Communication throughout the process was seamless and straightforward with Sharon. She added lots of value and was very proactive and responsive throughout.
If I compare the way in which other properties are marketed today, it really is a no brainer to give Lion Estates a go. If you work with them and take on their suggestions and ideas, I am sure you will be able to sell your house for price you are looking to achieve.

Excellent service. I had my flat initially marketed with Leaders for 8 months, and they did not manage to find a buyer. I changed over to Lions and Richie found a buyer within a day. I have now exchanged and the whole process has been simple and easy. Communication has been brilliant throughout with Gemma taking over coms once the offer was agreed . I would recommend lions over any high st estate chain to anyone.

Brilliant people who have done there very best to provide a professional service. Unfortunately in my situation we ended up accepting an offer from a con artist. On the week that we were due to exchange the buyer decided to look for different ways to save money. He was demanding that we paid for years worth of management payments before exchanging. He also decided to do a last minute survey in an attempt save money. He recognised that the chain was waiting for him so he tried to use this to his advantage.
Ironically he’s left a 1 star review because he couldn’t get his own way, despite everyone doing their best to try make it work.
From start to finish, Richie and Gemma have been completely professional and have done their very best to provide daily updates for me and my family. Our move is still happening without the con man, and I will leave my house, to be sold again, with Lion!

From a buyer’s perspective, this is an absolutely horrible agency! They repeatedly provided us with false information about the management fees of a property, then they said these fees will be ceased, but never provided any relevant evidence. Our solicitor confirmed this was untrue.. Furthermore, after some unknown to us communication between the agency and two potential sellers, one of them stalked us at our family home and the other one threatened legal action against us because I wrote a negative review for Lion Estate! Of course we cannot not know what exactly was said to these sellers, but the reaction from both of them make us very sceptical and we felt threatened. The agency of course denies playing a part in these inappropriate actions by their clients and they claim - with no evidence - that we did something to annoy at least one of them due to supposed misconduct, which is a seriously offensive false accusation. Overall, working with this agency was an extremely negative and distressing experience and it felt very manipulative, not recommended to any potential buyer !

I contacted Sharon from Lion Estate Agents as they had sold my neighbours house 2 years before and their sale seemed to go through without any issues.
During 2020, just before lockdown, I had put my house on the market, I had 3 different agents trying to sell the property, and all they could do was advise me to reduce the cost to below what I had originally paid. After the last sale fell through, following bad advice from one of these agents I withdrew the house from the market.
When I decided to to try and sell again, I was understandably wet nervous, so when Sharon came along to value my house she made it all very easy.
She was always professional, but very approachable. She sold my house on the first weekend it was on the market.
Hopefully, I won’t be moving again in the future, but if I ever did I would definitely speak to Sharon first.

Following the passing of my mother, I was tasked with selling her house. I approached some national chain estate agents but was not convinced with their ability to obtain the best price. They all just seemed to want a quick sale for less than the house was worth! I was then approached by Sharon of Lion Estates, who happened to live nearby. She looked at the poor decorative state of the house, and recommended that if I spent a few thousand pounds on a complete internal redecoration, she could market it
for at least 6-7% more than the other estate agents had offered. She took on the role of project manager for me, and arranged all the various trades to complete the work required, leaving me more time to concentrate on sorting out my mum's estate at this painful time.
A few weeks later, Sharon was ready to put the house on the
market, and within 2 - 3 weeks it was sold for the asking price. Obviously, it then took a couple of months to exchange contracts and complete. This was handled very smoothly by the staff in the Lion Estates office, who kept me informed at every stage.
I had been dreading doing this at such an emotional time, but Sharon and her team were brilliant throughout the whole process, relieving me of a lot of extra stress. Lion Estates always went the extra mile to help me, and I will always be grateful for their professionalism yet friendly assistance. They are undoubtedly the best estate agents I have ever used.

Exceptional service from Dominic, from our first meeting early December when, due to relocation, we were still deciding whether to rent or sell. We went with renting our home out in the end - Dominic was supportive with advice, and always a phone call away (or quick return of a phone call) for any questions.
He ensured our home was marketed for rental at the correct time, with professional photos and a personal, well written description. Rental was secured and all checks etc completed within a week. He also supported us (alongside Sharon) with advising traders for touch up painting, and electrical certificates. Our home’s rental is now managed by Dominic and we are confident it is in the best hands.

We purchased a property through Lions estate agents. Our experience with Dominic and his team was nothing but exceptional. They went the extra mile and treated us like we were one of the family. Always returned calls and emails and we always knew the next steps of the process. It was lovely to meet Dominic outside our new home with the keys, he was very informative about things we hadn’t even thought of like rubbish day collections. 4 weeks into our new home and we know that if we have any problems or need to know something we can still contact one of the team. Lions estate agents are genuinely happy to help you find your new home, although they are selling the property they were definitely not pushy, listened to us and what we wanted and then did all they could until we found the right one. I can’t stress enough how much the listening to what we wanted saved us a lot of time which is so precious.

Cannot rate Dom and Lion Estates highly enough. Myself and my partner were searching for our perfect family home back in November 2019. Lion Estates were our eventual seller’s estate agent. Dom was so very helpful and informative from day 1 at point of contact to arrange a viewing, all the way through to even now a month after moving in to our new home. Dom had such a good knowledge of the property he was selling and came across very down to earth and easy to converse with and ask questions to and always kept us well informed every step of the way. He really has gone that extra mile for us (considering we were not even his client) and always seems willing to help out no matter what. If and when we do end up moving again (which is strange to think of after having only just moved in) we would definitely look to contact Dom and Lion Estates. From our recent experience, we feel they would definitely sell our home professionally and efficiently as and have our best interests at heart.

I cannot recommend Lion estates enough to buy from. In July last year I started looking for my first flat. Within a few hours of registering interest Dom phoned to book me in for a viewing. When he showed me round he was knowledgeable about the area and everything to do with the flat. It's a cliché but I honestly couldn't recommend Dominic at Lion Estates enough. Other flats in our block have sat on the market for over a year. Dom sold one of these flats within 6 days of taking them on (for the same asking price) and found us two buyers at once within 2 months of listing us. These two buyers fought each other up on the price to get us much more than we expected (again we didn't take a hit on asking price to be clear!). All this was happening while another flat in the block was still on the market after being on it for over a year getting no offers at all (and they were listed with a very well known online agent...). 3 flats in our block have tried selling through cheap agents, and failed. All 3 ended up asking Dom (2 went with him) and he sold both flats without issue. We went with him from the off because of this and sold within 2 months. (The other flat that didn't go with him is STILL on the market at they time of me posting this with an online agent). Very professional and yet personable. Everyone we know who picked a cheap agent has said they wished they had saved their money on the wasted upfront fee when they didn't sell, and gone with Dom from the start instead for the quantity and quality of the buyers Dom finds. Save yourself the money and move quicker into the home you want by going with Lion Estates from the off! Thank me later!

Dom is just ridiculously good at his job. Not just his ability to secure a sale, but his professionalism, communication style, passion for the areas in which he is selling and the way he goes totally above and beyond to help his clients.
I've just exchanged with his help and I've never been happier for somebody to be paid for what they've done - he completely earns it.
My sale was tricky for a variety of reasons and Dom was constantly putting forward suggestions to boost my chances and everything he did paid off.
I wouldn't even consider anybody else to sell a property in future. Amazing experience working with him!

I don't generally post reviews online, but I promised Dominic that I would because of the sheer excellence he has shown throughout our dealings with him. Not only did he sell our house within 2 weeks of being instructed on it (without it even ever appearing online!) where other agencies sat on it for weeks, but he also introduced to us the house we eventually bought, even though we initially felt it was outside of our reach.
His diligence in keeping solicitors and agents moving, his ability to respond quickly at all hours and his overall passion for the process of buying and selling property whilst keeping the customer happy are virtues that have been long-forgotten in UK estate agency.
Above all, Dominic is a thoroughly lovely guy and connects with his customers at a human level - the stresses of house moving are made easier when you have someone with you that genuinely shows they understand and want to help.
It's not every day that you feel like a bit of a cheapskate for buying an estate agent an expensive bottle of plonk as a thank you because you feel they should have had a crate of the stuff for the work they put in! There, Dominic, I've confessed on a public forum!
I'll stop now before his head swells up any more. Long story short, if you're looking to buy or sell your home, look him up before anyone else!

Dom and his team have been instrumental in getting us set up in our new home. We first spoke to him about a different property but after a quick chat and letting him know what we were looking for, he found us the perfect house straight away. My house was with another agent for a year, so many viewings and no decent offers, Dominic had an offer which went in to completion within 2 weeks.
