We had a fantastic experience with Lydia Dillnutt and Lion Estates. We initially met Lydia as buyers, and found her approach to marketing and selling a property to prospective buyers to be far more engaging than other agents. She showed a genuine interest in our requirements and had obviously taken the time to be familiar with the properties offered.
After a long period of little interest in our own property for sale with another agent, we also engaged Lydia for our sale and had an immediate pick up in interest and viewings. We were confident from our own experience that Lydia was able to show the potential of the property in the best possible light.
Once we had agreed both our sale and purchase through Lydia we also found the house move progression at Lion Estates to be excellent - Gemma Jacobs was very attentive in chasing solicitors and other parties for progression and updates.
Overall, I can throughly recommended Lion Estates and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

Picking the right estate agent to market your most valuable possession is one of the biggest and most stressful decisions you will ever make in your life, so you must get it right.
Once you are committed it’s very hard to turn back so we have no qualms is recommending the team at Lion Estates to take control for you.
Sharon was attentive to our every need from day one, ensuring our house was presented (by her) to potential buyers in the best way possible and produced a sales video, not only demonstrating the qualities of our house, but also the environment around the property which is key to any sale.
Sharon and Gemma were instrumental in chasing down our buyers’ solicitors to keep the process moving and keeping us updated at every turn.
When our first sale fell through (due to our buyer having to pull out) Sharon was on the case immediately, remarketing our home and found us another buyer within a couple of weeks.
We cannot speak highly enough of this company and besides doing an amazing job, were all lovely people to work with, so have no qualms recommending them.

Both the pre-sale advice and valuation were excellent and accurate. Photographs and descriptions of the house were so good we wanted to stay! The house itself was sold in one week! Richard Poole has been great to work with, he's friendly and filled us with confidence, we would highly recommend him.

Lion Estates is a first class agency!
I got my house valued by several estate agencies, but I chose to move forward with Lion Estates.
I initially came across my agent, Sharon, when I booked in a viewing for another property. I loved the style and way she marketed that property and thought it would be a good idea to use her to market my own.
Sharon displayed a high level of professionalism to help me sell my property within 4 weeks. I liked the way she suggested I stage my property in preparation for viewings. She came slightly earlier before viewings to make sure everything looks good.
The photos that were taken of my property were stunning, and Sharon made a personalised video to create hype on social media. She also took each viewing very seriously with the right attitude and passion that helped generate 3 good offers in a short period of time, in a challenging market.
Communication throughout the process was seamless and straightforward with Sharon. She added lots of value and was very proactive and responsive throughout.
If I compare the way in which other properties are marketed today, it really is a no brainer to give Lion Estates a go. If you work with them and take on their suggestions and ideas, I am sure you will be able to sell your house for price you are looking to achieve.
I highly recommend Sharon, so don’t hesitate to contact her if you want to get your property sold today! This 5 star review thoroughly deserved.

This agency has been referred to Trading Standards. They conduct business strictly over WhatsApp with a 'colleague' that is based solely in the Philippines. None of the administration is handled in the UK. The address for the office is a dummy one.
