We received an excellent level of service throughout our experience with Lion Estates and in particular Sharon.
The marketing was of a very high standard and we were very pleased with how our property was presented and marketed.
Sharon was always friendly and genuinely a pleasure to work with. Communication especially was really good throughout the process. Regular updates and dialogue definitely helped make a potentially stressful process a lot more easier to manage.

We had to sell our family home to pay for care home fees. A stressful time for myself and my sister.
However the sale of the property was made easier by our choice of Estate Agents. From the initial meeting everything was dealt with professionally and with consideration of the circumstances.
My thanks go out to Matt who was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the whole process and to Luke who looked after all the buyers and sellers in the chain.
Both of them were always available to chat to and discuss any concerns that came up.
I would highly recommend Lion Estates to anyone who is thinking about selling their property, you will not be disappointed.

Stepping into the unknown, we were really nervous about selling our home within the timeframe we required. The agent Iain Cooper was exceptional. He was diligent, professional, punctual and communicated effectively every step of the way.
