An appointment was arranged to view a property on Faraday Road Lichfield.
On the day of the viewing which was 6pm we arrived at the office for around 6.05pm. The agent ( Office Manager ) left after waiting from 5.55 til 6.10pm. Her car was seen no where.
A professional agent does not communicate an appointment via email on the time of meeting. Because she didn't take my number she didn't care to call before heading off to other appointments as she replied. On top of that she used the GDPR excuse for not taking my contact number. What a load of nonsense she only had to ask !!!
I feel like my name did not suit your tenancy profile that's why this appointment was so unprofessionally managed.
I wouldn't waste my money on this estate agency and she certainly doesn't deserve the commission made on the tenancy.
I read other reviews and they were negative too.. Don't bother !!!!

If I could give a 0 star I would. As first time buyers we were spoken to so rudely! While the Scottish lady was still on the phone barking orders at me! Never have I felt so looked down upon for wanting to ask some questions about a house I had seen online! Felt like a second class citizen. Never would I buy or invest my money with your company in the future! Respect and politeness costs nothing!

Staff are rude and the houses are so small that you might as well live in a shoe box. The quality is awful and made very poorly. I wouldn't trust this building firm to blow their own nose.
