Trying to fix something in here takes ages. They changed something in the heating (which was working perfectly) without permission and now we don’t have any heating/ hot water.
Speaking with the lady through the phone; she told me what to do(¿) nothing changed at all, after that told me if the plumber is coming and fixing it in the same way I am going to get charged… SHAME!!!!

Great professionalism, efficient communication and transparency (with contract/invoices/receipts).
I had to find an accommodation in very short notice and MTF was able to propose a room, arrange a viewing and finalize the contract within a week.
After 3 months of tenancy, the only issue I had was to wait for a month to get a plumber intervention (summer time).
Highly recommended.

I was looking to relocate as a matter of urgency and came across Mind the Flat after having tried several agencies. It was extremely delightful to have had one of the agents Ferial deal with my queries. Not only was she fast and efficient with her response but she went above and beyond with catering to my needs in helping me find the exact property I was looking for. I couldn’t have been happier with the service provided!

A pleasure to deal with, my viewing went well with agent and it was a great relief to find Mind the Flat after some incredibly negative experiences with other agencies in London. Next time I'll be looking at Mind the Flat before anywhere else.

I Had been renting with Mind the flat for the past 3 years. They are very friendly, honest, and always try to solve the problems once we reported. It was a delightful experience to live in west London with them. I especially appreciate Amaan’s help - he helped a lot with checkout process during the Covid time. I’d be happy to recommend this agent to the others and to use their service again if I need a place in west London again.
