Trying to fix something in here takes ages. They changed something in the heating (which was working perfectly) without permission and now we don’t have any heating/ hot water. Speaking with the lady through the phone; she told me what to do(¿) nothing changed at all, after that told me if the plumber is coming and fixing it in the same way I am going to get charged… SHAME!!!!... Great professionalism, efficient communication and transparency (with contract/invoices/receipts). I had to find an accommodation in very short notice and MTF was able to propose a room, arrange a viewing and finalize the contract within a week. After 3 months of tenancy, the only issue I had was to wait for a month to get a plumber intervention (summer time). Highly recommended.... Read more
