The worst agents I have come across and the bar is pretty low in London. They don't care about tenants at all. Took me months before I got any meaningful response from them but when they need something they rang me 3 times a day.

Gillian Pashkarna was the Real Estate agent who sold our Kensington flat.
Gillian is an amazing communicator, respectful, compassionate, selfless and a determined salesperson.
There were difficult aspects to our sale but she not only guided us through them but helped us by managing certain aspects for us.

Mountgrange Heritage have recently completed the sale of my property and I'm extremely happy with the service provided by the Kensington team (particularly Emma and Gillian). The property was listed with other agencies which allowed me to compare the performance of Mountgrange against two well recognized high street names. Mountgrange without doubt delivered more pre-qualified propspective buyers compared to the others who had some irregular viewings of sometimes inappropriate clients (i.e. looking for a house and shown a 2 bedroom flat, or who needed to sell first and who hadn't even begun the first most basic step of that process and yet made an offer wasting my time). I am aware that Mountgrange turned down clients wanting to view as they didn't meet criteria re funds, proven legimate source of funds etc. Indeed, Mountgrange actively turned away one propspective buyer - and lost their potential commission - and handed them to another Agent as they didn't meet their rigouous standards. It's hard to find morals in the real estate business but they shone in these tests. The team were very informed and friendly, and always open for you to pop in for a chat regarding progress. In the other agencies, i felt it was a numbers game to secure a listing, but then there wasn't as much follow-up as they had too many properties to focus on. It's no surprise to learn that Mountgrange have consistently sold almost every property that came up for sale in my building over the past decade. Highly recommended.

Gillian has been an absolute pleasure to work with and i cannot recommend enough! As a London buyers agent representing clients buying property from around the world the relationships with agents are imperative. Gillian is responsive, hard working and commercial thinking and if it wasn't for her tenacity we would not have got in to an off market property and negotiated a price everyone was happy with. We have recently dealt with Tim and his team in selling our late aunts home. None of us live nearby and relied on Tim heavily. We cant thank him enough for all the assistance and negotiating he did for us, going the extra mile when we needed either his guidance or things to be checked at the home both inside and outside and making what could have been a very stressful process into one that wasnt.
