After our previous landlord , had to sell the property , the property get managed by this agency ,Unfortunately, our experience with them wasn't the best one ! The main problem was entering in our flat without our permission, we had our camera on and saw this , otherwise who knows... in my emails to them , i ask them to be in when they need to check something in the flat , but unfortunately this hasn't happened! Just be aware of this things when renting from them .

I rented one of their properties close to Latimer road for 2,5 years (2020/2023).
They were very easy to deal with and answered all our queries/questions in a timely manner and helped when we had any issues with the flat.
Living in London you have to move more often than you sometimes want and it is very nice to deal with nice and helpful estate agents that feels like they are on your side and not only want money from you.
I cant not recommend them enough.

I'm a current tenant and this agency as been the best so far. Is 8 years i live in London and i wish i discover them before. Any problem they will fix it, they are very open minded and honestly oriented towards help the tenents live in a nice environment. Inquired about a property they had shown on rightmove. Riyaz liaised with me from showing me the viewing to negotiating the contract. No problems at all. Very responsive communication which is quite difficult to get from a London estate agent these days.

Nathan Andrews are incredible estate agents. I was recommended them by a friend of my whilst searching for a property. I called and was greeted with a positive response and i was told about their current properties in my budget. From this i was told the location and time for viewing which was conducted by Riyaz. He was extremely kind and welcoming telling me all about the property and area. He took his time showing me all the rooms and why i should take the property. All the questions i asked him about the property and area he was confident and quick to answer with an honest and informative response. To anyone looking to rent or buy i would strongly recommend going through Nathan Andrews as there service and ability is like no other. They made me feel comfortable, welcome and important. I would highly suggest anyone to go through them and I'm looking forward to telling my freinds and family to rent or buy through them!

Very rapid response and accommodating when sorting out my tenancy. Everything was ready within a few days for the day I would move it. Riyaz was particularly helpful and responsive so I thank him personally.
That being said, I will update that review when my tenancy end with all the pro and cons of the company for any tenant looking to go through them. I definitely recommend them. Just make sure to ask them about keys, mail and electric counter access.

Edit: I was recently assisted by Abu when I wanted to install Fibre Optic broadband. He contacted the landlord on my behalf which really sped up the process!

Absolutely terrible! I wanted to help my aunty find her a property, she has been very unwell past few years and she was looking to move with her two children. I enquired about a property and they said that they wasn’t doing any viewing for it, so I said I would call back the week after. Today I called them and they said the property has been let agreed to someone already. Before I could kindly ask about more properties or if they could help me in any way, the agent hung up while I was asking the question, saying “bye bye now” very rude and unhelpful. I’ve had good experience with other estate agents but this one of by far the worst. Very dissatisfied by the way I have been treated and I hope no one else that needs a home is being treated in this disgusting manner.

From moving in to moving out of our flat, our experience with Nathan Andrews Estates was excellent. We moved into our place during the COVID-19 pandemic, and while we were told by other letting agencies that the process would be complicated, Nathan Andrews was able to handle the transition safely, professionally, and with ease. Whenever there was something in the flat that needed attending to, Nathan Andrews was able to get someone to look at it in almost no time at all. Finally, the staff at Nathan Andrews were also helpful in assisting us with our move out of the flat.
To summarize, all of the staff (in particular, Abu) were incredibly responsive, helpful, and accommodating. I would recommend this agency to anyone looking to let or rent a flat.

I am so glad that finally I found agent who are responsible, charge reasonable and very friendly and professional. Particularly, I am so grateful to Mr. Abu and Juheb who are always there to help.
I am a landlord since 2011 and initially used some agents who were well established but I find them not responsible enough procrastinated things thus I was losing potential tenant and money.
Finally I am so happy that I am in safe hand, any of my quarries and concerns always been dealt with faithfully.
