After our previous landlord , had to sell the property , the property get managed by this agency ,Unfortunately, our experience with them wasn't the best one ! The main problem was entering in our flat without our permission, we had our camera on and saw this , otherwise who knows... in my emails to them , i ask them to be in when they need to check something in the flat , but unfortunately this hasn't happened! Just be aware of this things when renting from them .... Read more

I rented one of their properties close to Latimer road for 2,5 years (2020/2023). They were very easy to deal with and answered all our queries/questions in a timely manner and helped when we had any issues with the flat. Living in London you have to move more often than you sometimes want and it is very nice to deal with nice and helpful estate agents that feels like they are on your side and not only want money from you. I cant not recommend them enough.... Read more

I'm a current tenant and this agency as been the best so far. Is 8 years i live in London and i wish i discover them before. Any problem they will fix it, they are very open minded and honestly oriented towards help the tenents live in a nice environment. Nathan Andrews are incredible estate agents. I was recommended them by a friend of my whilst searching for a property. I called and was greeted with a positive response and i was told about their current properties in my budget. From this i was told the location and time for viewing which was conducted by Riyaz. He was extremely kind and welcoming telling me all about the property and area. He took his time showing me all the rooms and why i should take the property. All the questions i asked him about the property and area he was confident and quick to answer with an honest and informative response. To anyone looking to rent or buy i would strongly recommend going through Nathan Andrews as there service and ability is like no other. They made me feel comfortable, welcome and important. I would highly suggest anyone to go through them and I'm looking forward to telling my freinds and family to rent or buy through them! 10/10... Read more
