Sally and Nicole were so helpful for me when selling. There attention to detail with setting up the photos and with the descriptions was by far the best I have experienced in a long history of buying and selling properties. Communication was great, especially having the whatsapp group chat. I would recommend them to anyone.

If we could give a 10* rating to Sally and Nicole from Mint Homes, we would. 5* doesn't reflect how exceptional they are. We couldn't be happier with the service they provided us during the sale of our home. They went above and beyond to ensure the marketing was top-notch, were calm sounding boards throughout and leveraged their combined experience to secure great buyers for us. Nicole and Sally were fantastic partners when selling our step-dad’s home. Their attention to detail, understanding of our priorities, regular updates and guidance was so welcome, we felt very confident that they would “look after” the property and the sale for us. We really felt like they cared, and we never needed to chase them for an update. Despite being brilliant at what they do and being incredibly busy, we felt like we were their only clients. We can't recommend Mint Homes enough. Excellent and personable service provided. We bought through Mint amd really wish we knew about them before we sold our house as we would have used them. Great communication and so thorough. We will definitely use them when we move in the future.

As soon as I met Sally and Nicole, I knew that they were right for the job. They did their research thoroughly, taking the time to discuss the process of selling my home with me.
Their marketing is next level too, not only for my sale, but also for properties on the market through them. They give potential buyers the perspective of living there with the right style of pictures and written description (this is all before physical viewings).
I wasn’t there when they conducted viewings at my home, but on the basis it sold immediately, what more can I say? What I can say is that whenever viewing a property through Mint, I put an offer into most places that we saw. They come prepared, create a homely environment and give you time to explore the property.
Sally and Nicole were always available on the phone, going well above and beyond, providing advice and any support needed for not only the sale of my home but also for potential new ones.
