Seymours dealt with my parents sale, they have been in their house 65 years and it was the first time they had to sell a property!! Seymours and especially Kirsty were so patient and professional, keeping my parents updated at all times, they also kept my parents reassured throughout the process. I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Seymours in West Byfleet during a particularly sensitive property transaction. I cannot speak highly enough of Kirsty Haydon, the sales progressor assigned to our case. Seymour’s was just amazing from start to finish! Vince is great, extremely knowledgeable and very professional. He has a very highly qualified team.
Once we went under offer, Kirsty took over and she was such a gem! She was there to support us all the way and was so responsive and a true professional. She was so knowledgeable and was able to guide us through some sticky situations and provide answers and reassurance. I can’t thank her enough for how she dealt with us and our sale and keeping all parties on track. She is a real asset to Seymour’s and a joy to interact with. Every bit of good news, Kirsty would be on the phone to us immediately with such excitement in her voice! Thank you Kirsty and of course to the whole team.

I will struggle to say how great Seymour’s were with the sale of my flat. Firstly we all need a Kirsty in our lives to organise everything. Life would be a lot smoother with her calm, friendly, professional manner and her ability to corral all the different parties involved in selling my flat was amazing. The sales team were also wonderful. They got the flat valued accurately, understood what I was looking to achieve and had it on the market very quickly. Only took three weeks to have an accepted offer on it and that included the Christmas and New Years Breaks.
The whole team were kind and dealt with all my basic questions easily, in very clear English. This helped greatly in knowing what I was meant to be doing and at what time.
All in all a very positive smooth experience and I would recommend them to anyone!!

Seymours West Byfleet was professional, dedicated, efficient, hard-working, and friendly throughout the process. Matt, Lucy, and Jake were excellent on sales, and Kirsty worked her socks off to get the sale over the line. I can't emphasise enough the value of Kirsty in the sales progression role, which is not a role provided by every estate agent. I didn't realise selling a house could be fun, and I'd thoroughly recommend Seymours.

I recently sold a house through Seymours West Byfleet. Although the market was not great through Summer '23, Seymours worked well to price the property, get the viewings, and sell it. Once sold the exchange/completion process took a while because of Buyer constraints and poor conveying choice, but through this period Seymours (Kirsty) did a great job in managing the process, validating the information and chasing/accelerating it as much as possible
