I’ve recently sold my house through Stirling Ackroyd. The ‘old’ Waterfalls team that I signed up with were, on the whole, good to work with, especially Noah who did my viewings and initially continued to coordinate with my purchasers. He was calm, responded quickly and helpfully to my enquiries, nothing was too much trouble. I am, however, sorry to say Stirling Ackroyd’s Sales Progression team were anything but. Having nothing but problems trying to move into the flat that I've signed a contract on and was ment to move in two days ago. Works still being done in the flat and yet to be given a move in date or confirmed compensation. Matthew fernandez has made everything very awkward for myself and the customer service I've received from himself is absolutely awful. Stay far away wouldn't advice to use this company/branch....
