His valuation was accurate and the marketing information for the property was comprehensive. Sandra in the sales aftercare team kept us up to date and pursued solicitors when necessary, providing us with background information on the process. All in all we were really pleased with the Stirling Ackroyd team and their friendly and efficient service.

20th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Without doubt, Martin & Co. provide a service that surpasses anything you could possibly ask from a Letting and Management Agent. The quality of care, professionalism and support is outstanding, both for Landlord and Tenant. Dealing with Reece and Ian has been an absolute delight. If I could give them more than 5*, I would.

1st Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)We are so glad we instructed Bourne estate agents. Initially we had another agent in mind, however, Bourne were able to offer a real bespoke service and gave us a clear, honest and professional pathway. From advertising to sales tactics, they were able to maximise our viewings and were present and looking impeccable during. We had so many offers! More then we expected, and Bourne were able to advise on the viability of the offers based on strict buyer vetting, quickly helping us accept the best offer. They were attentive when chasing solicitors and buyer, weekly calls for updates, always picked up the phone when I called and remained positive and reassuring, very helpful when dealing with the stress of selling. Now we have sold and moving on it’s a bitter sweet feeling, selling the home we love, but thanks to Bourne, we are getting a great offer and they also could see the great features of our home and importantly the great things about the area, relaying that to the buyer. On a final note, I want to specifically thank Andy for his dynamic personality and assertive leadership, this was the pull to choosing the Team, and to Shaun, the suit of the operation, so unbelievably well spoken and articulate, he made us feel so confident throughout the process and really looked out for our interests. We actually feel a bit sad that our journey with Bourne has come to a close, we always had a laugh and banter when we chatted for updates, the team just give off this happy and motivated energy, a testament to good leadership and work balance, this definitely reflects in their work. From our first contact with Nick Griffiths through to exchange of contracts he has been there to advise, been completely professional, easily contactable and good humoured through a slow process. He is supported by an equally excellent team. I thoroughly recommend them.

31st Jan 2025 (1 year ago)The BEST estate agents! We've had a long journey with our house move and Foundations were incredible at every step. They worked hard to ensure we got the best deal for our house sale, lining up back to back viewings, following up with individuals, even spotting early on (before it became a much bigger problem!) when a buyer submitted an offer but then disappeared. It was almost no suprise when the house we'd offered on fell through and Foundations saved the day again, finding our dream house and securing the purchase. They really listened and understood our position and what we were looking for. We had many viewings. They did advise us to put the property on higher than other estate agents and then within 3 weeks suggested we lower it based on feedback on how the market had slowed. Eventually they found someone who really liked the property which was great. Very thankful to the team.

1st Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)Credit where it's due. Despite a slow market, Serena never gave up helping us try to find somewhere, even when I was calling 3 times a day. There's a reason why most homes in this area are sold through Seymour's.

He went above and beyond to help sell the house with great efficiency given the complexities and circumstances behind the sale. Would highly recommend using Robert (and Jackson-Stops) as an estate agency and would use them again in future if ever looking to buy or sell again.
