Really pleased with the Lettings & Management team - Very efficient team and process from putting the porperty on the market through to management. Kudos to Jenni and Natalia, who have both been incredibly responsive and efficient. Would definately recommend them to other landlords looking for a fully managed solution
Absolute WORST service ever from the WORST estate agents in Woking. I wanted to go through and rent a property and was told i was going to be rang back by the manager, but did they ever call back? NO . So i chased her up but every time i rang she was "on the phone" so we were told we were getting rang back but never did and then heard nothing else so went through a different agent. So basically they just didn't want to deal with us. AVOID AVOID AVOID
We met Alex at home. My first impression was not so good because I thought he was trying hard to sell himself and the service. Unfortunately I was wrong because he is very guanine and really cares about tenants and the landlords. He has been through hard times in the past as tenant and a landlord and so understands our problems well.

We were very happy with where we were living. Unfortunately we were forced to move out because the property became uninhabitable. This occurred because the property management team failed to address an issue with mould for over 4 months!!! Up until the day we moved out, the issue was still not addressed. On top of that, we have now been out of the property for over 1 month and have had ZERO communication from the landlord regarding the return of our deposit. I have been advised by the property management team that I can raise a dispute, however this process can take up to three months and if the landlord gets in touch before then, I still need to go through the dispute process!! This feels completely unacceptable and unfair. Every single request we receive from Carson & Co threatens financial penalties if we fail to adhere to the terms and conditions, however the landlord can act how he likes with impunity!! All we want is our own money back so we can be done with C & C and the landlord. This has not been a pleasant experience.
We purchased our house through Foundations and we could not have been happier with the service. Particular mention to the wonderful Lalena who was just brilliant in dealing with some tricky negotiations throughout the process. Would definitely recommend.
Bitterly disappointing service from such an unprofessional company.
After putting an offer on a property which was eventually accepted, I went on to apply for a mortgage and a suitable solicitor. Both were successfully found and my mortgage was approved.
Almost 2 weeks went past and no word from Foundations. They fail to reply to emails and so calling them is a must. After a few attempts of requesting the order of sale, we was still yet to receive it. 1 last call was made to ask why it hadn't arrived. Contact on the phone said that he would call back and find out what was going on. No return call was made and after looking on their website, we found that the property was taken down.
We cancelled our mortgage and solicitor and luckily did not have to forfeit any costs. But if we didn't make a decision to do this when we did, a £499 fee would have been paid to the bank and a £500 deposit to the solicitor.
I would strongly not recommend them to anyone, whether you are selling or buying. I agree with the other comments made, poor communication and lack of customer service.
What can I say! We wouldn't be where we are now without the guys at Seymours -particularly Jeff and Simon with their professional yet friendly manners. We sold and bought with Seymours and had a few hiccups along the way (not anyone's fault!) however throughout the whole process they were supportive and within a few hours each problem was dealt with accordingly. We were kept throughly informed of everything but with a feeling that the job was taken off our hands which was especially what we needed with a young baby! We can't sing your praises enough. Thank you for finding our dream home!
My wife and I bought our first house through Seymours in Knaphill and they were fantastic. We dealt with Jeff who took the time to understand our requirements and didn't waste our time taking us to properties that clearly wouldn't suit us, which I found so many other agents did do. 2 years later my wife became pregnant and we decided to up-size. Following our great experience with Seymours when we bought, we decided to entrust them with the sale, and they didn't disappoint. Mark visited to value the property and was extremely nice and professional, taking the time to explain why he had come to the valuation he did and showing us various comparable properties in the area. Within 1 week they had an offer for the full asking price which we accepted, and made a handsome profit in the 2 years of living there. They made the whole experience simple with no stress which was exactly what we needed during the pregnancy. I cannot thank Mark and Jeff enough. It was a pleasure using them and I recommend them wholeheartedly.
Mark Stanbridge dealt with the purchase of my property. He works with great professionalism and often went over and above the call of duty. He has a friendly manner and I would highly recommend him.
Bad service and unreliable as a managing agent who consistently cuts back on the service provided despite charging a premium. One of their agents in particular seems to forget that he is there to serve the customer, not intimidate them. I would avoid.
