I have been very pleased with the service that I have received from Waterfalls while we have been renovating a terraced home that we purchased as a buy to let in Woking. Living far away in Singapore, I was concerned about how difficult the process was going to be, renovating and renting out a home while we live abroad. But the whole process from sale to renovating to rental has gone off smoothly.
Shona has been great in getting the various contractors to give us reasonable quotes and do their jobs in time, she has gone the extra mile helping with choosing carpets and giving me good advise and the best part is as soon as the work has been completed we already have a tenant for it.
All in all seamless and hassle free service for buy to let landlords who live abroad. I would definitely recommend them.
Not the most friendly staff, they have quite a few nice properties but didn't seem to be interested in us purchasing one, we really had to insist hard.
What a pleasure to deal with estate agents that got back to you promptly and dealt with things efficiently. Clarrisa, the client relationship manager was amazing, keeping us up to date on a regular basis during the sale of our property and was always happy to assist and answer questions. Absolute WORST service ever from the WORST estate agents in Woking. I wanted to go through and rent a property and was told i was going to be rang back by the manager, but did they ever call back? NO . So i chased her up but every time i rang she was "on the phone" so we were told we were getting rang back but never did and then heard nothing else so went through a different agent. So basically they just didn't want to deal with us. AVOID AVOID AVOID
We have just exchanged on the sale of our property which was marketed by Bourne. I bought the house via Andy four years ago and so asked him to help on our sale, after trying unsuccessfully to sell through two other agents. We have been very happy with the support from Bourne over the past couple of months, both when negotiating the deal and then in the past week or two in getting it to exchange, despite some last-minute frustrations. I found Andy and his team effective, helpful and responsive, and would recommend without hesitation.
An immense disappointment to the estate industry both ethically and professionally. I purchased a property through the agency and I do not recommend it. The agent who handled my purchase was dishonest and deceitful. He worked 100% in the interest of the buyer. He made false promises and used borderline bullying techniques to speed up the completion.
Foundations dug us out if a hole after misfortune trying to sell with another agent. Ours was a long and stressful transaction and against all odds Foundations helped us to sell, buy and complete, whilst remaining upbeat, proactive and professional. At every stage Lalena went above and beyond what one would expect, always remaining bright, involved and helping us retain our sanity and sense of humour! Cannot thank the team enough, Adam, Kerry, Lalena and Les. Five star service with the added bonus of being a very warm and real service. Many thanks to the team! We are very happy in our new home.

Bitterly disappointing service from such an unprofessional company.
After putting an offer on a property which was eventually accepted, I went on to apply for a mortgage and a suitable solicitor. Both were successfully found and my mortgage was approved.
Almost 2 weeks went past and no word from Foundations. They fail to reply to emails and so calling them is a must. After a few attempts of requesting the order of sale, we was still yet to receive it. 1 last call was made to ask why it hadn't arrived. Contact on the phone said that he would call back and find out what was going on. No return call was made and after looking on their website, we found that the property was taken down.
We cancelled our mortgage and solicitor and luckily did not have to forfeit any costs. But if we didn't make a decision to do this when we did, a £499 fee would have been paid to the bank and a £500 deposit to the solicitor.
I would strongly not recommend them to anyone, whether you are selling or buying. I agree with the other comments made, poor communication and lack of customer service.
I recently sold a flat via Seymours in Woking with whom I have bought, sold, and let several properties over the past few years. On this occasion I listed the property with Ben at Seymours Woking office and we agreed a suitable price based on his and their up to date market data. I received knowledgeable feedback from day 1 and received a full asking price offer in 4 days. Seymours had many clients lined up and I cannot fault their professionalism. During the then leasehold sales process there were some paperwork difficulties and bottlenecks to the process. Whilst this is normal, had it been left to just the solicitors then the sale would either have not gone through or be still going through! It was only because of the attention to detail, intervention and regular follow-up initiated by Diana in the Woking offer that all went off smoothly for both buyer and seller. I am pleased to recommend Seymours.
My wife and I bought our first house through Seymours in Knaphill and they were fantastic. We dealt with Jeff who took the time to understand our requirements and didn't waste our time taking us to properties that clearly wouldn't suit us, which I found so many other agents did do. 2 years later my wife became pregnant and we decided to up-size. Following our great experience with Seymours when we bought, we decided to entrust them with the sale, and they didn't disappoint. Mark visited to value the property and was extremely nice and professional, taking the time to explain why he had come to the valuation he did and showing us various comparable properties in the area. Within 1 week they had an offer for the full asking price which we accepted, and made a handsome profit in the 2 years of living there. They made the whole experience simple with no stress which was exactly what we needed during the pregnancy. I cannot thank Mark and Jeff enough. It was a pleasure using them and I recommend them wholeheartedly.
I would highly recommend Mario who has been professional and very efficient right from the beginning through to the end. His team and him have been proactive throughout the whole process and has made the process of selling our house as unstressful as possible.
Bad service and unreliable as a managing agent who consistently cuts back on the service provided despite charging a premium. One of their agents in particular seems to forget that he is there to serve the customer, not intimidate them. I would avoid.
