We asked Curchods in West byfleet to sell my mother's house. They were very proactive in finding us a buyer who to be honest is perfect. From Marketing to offer only took 10 days. Even though our sale and purchase was fairly straightforward there were other aspects of the chain which proved challenging. Throughout all of it up to and beyond exchange everyone was professional, easily approachable and very patient as at times it did become quite stressful. We can’t praise Curchods enough for their expertise, dedication and care in selling my Mum‘s house.
She had lived in it for 67 years since it was built, so it was a tremendous wrench to part with it. They were so supportive throughout, and were so efficient in always giving us updates on progress and viewings etc.
I particularly would like to thank and praise Mark and the rapport that he built up with my mum. She is 94 now, and in a care home. He always took the trouble to visit her and keep her informed, which she appreciated so much.

Can't fault the excellent service we received from the team at Curchod's in West Byfleet - notably Dan, Mark, Paul and Ruth. Selling a home is never a joy, especially when it's a Probate sale and in challenging market conditions. But Dan and the team at Curchods worked very hard to market the property and make the whole process feel relatively painless. A nice touch was that all of the team visited the property so that they could all speak confidently and knowledgeably to potential buyers. This led to to an offer in a relatively short timescale (given the slow market and nature/condition of the property). And they were then very efficient in supporting the sale through to Completion in a quite ambitious timeframe. Definitely recommended +++++

13 years ago I bought my home through Curchods in West Byfleet and this week I have finally sold it. Throughout those 13 years I have gone back to Curchods time after time for regular valuations & advice and have always been met with professionalism & kindness. Mark is the epitome of the word community and should be commended for his dedication to West Byfleet and his clients. He has always been honest with me and as a potential seller I never once felt pushed into the decisions I needed to make around selling my home based on my circumstances. I send all my friends in his direction if they need local advice and will continue to do so. Paul worked tirelessly to get my very difficult sale over the line and his communication was faultless. The service is really professional, with staff always available to answer queries and give guidance if needed. In the first couple of weeks on the market we got several offers. I'd certainly recommend the West Byfleet team.
I want to give a special mention to sales progressor Chris Livemore who guided us through the process with sound advice from his years of experience. When the transaction slowed down because of an issue at the start of the chain, Chris was quick to find out what was going on by speaking to the agents and solicitors down the chain. He kept both us and our solicitors informed, which made the process less stressful.

WOW - the Curchods team in West Byfleet really did the business for us!
We'd outgrown our existing family home in a nearby village and were keen to make a local move, but we had very specific requirements. The team engaged with a personal touch, listed our property to suit - hosted efficient and worthy viewings which secured a choice of potential & credible buyers. Finally, they sourced exactly the perfect property for us in every way and as with all home-moves, there were admittedly a few hiccups with the chain along the way, but this is where they really brought their value by ironing out all the issues to secure the completion from start to finish.
