DO NOT PURCHASE NEW HOMES FROM MISHON MCKAY HOVE OR ENTER INTO ANY RESERVATION FEE AGREEMENTS. After misleading us over a new property which was being built 'car free' despite Mischon Mckay explicitly stating it had access to parking, they asked us to pay a £1,000 reservation fee. This is yet to be returned despite it coming to light the property was car-free over two weeks ago.

My husband has seen a flat in Carn Court, North Drive , brighton.We said straight away that we want the flat , to go further to rent it.The second day he has been called by them that the landlord has accepted another couple for the flat so it has been rented.After 5 days we gave another call they did not know who we are and said the flat is available.Without even checking our references ,(bare in mind we both have more than the required income) they declined the offer which was set on rightmove, and when we spoken after a week , the operator on phone couldn’t find her words ,and telling us if we want to give a higher offer for the flat, more than it was on rightmove, saying that she does not belive that the landlord would accelt the price they put on website.Basically ,she did not even send the offer to the landlord, they just want more money ,ilegally, because the law has been changed and agencies can t take any more fees, resulting in harassing the customers ,forcing them pay more than the price asked.I have already given all details to my lawyer and things will not remain like that.
