We bought a house through King and Cahsemore with Kelly as our letting agent. She really went out of her way from showing us the property and all through the winding road to getting the keys. She chased whom needed to be chased and explained to us all we needed to know. Despite the difficulties of buying a house it was as smooth an experience as possible with Kelly's help.

Can’t recommend these agents enough. Everyone I’ve spoken to there has been polite, courteous and helpful. Buying a house is exhausting (and emotional!) and they’ve always completely understood this, nothing is too much trouble. Avoid them!
This horrible letting agent broke into my property without my consent and changed the lock during my fixed-term tenancy agreement, even though I was still paying the rent, utilities, and council tax! Can you imagine how "safe" your home would be if you rented from them? ????

Made some fantastic recommendations for tradies and our solicitor after another firm didn’t perform. Really knows his stuff, very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and down to earth. Thank you! I felt professionalism from Becca (Rebecca Lee) and Kleit at Kings and Chasemore the first time I met them and they showed me rentals in Saltdean area in Brighton. We are a small family but our needs are very specific with a 9 year old at home while not stretching too much on finances. Becca really understood this and took care of us properly. Well ? done. We mainly dealt with Rebecca Lee and she was unbelievable, she answered all our questions was so helpful, professional, friendly and I would highly recommend using her if your thinking of letting your property.
She left us a welcome hamper when she greeted us the day we moved in and included alcohol free beer as my wife is pregnant.
She went above and beyond when a last minute change happened and she couldn’t have handled it better.
She’s a credit to the King and Chasemore brand.
