Unfortunate that I decided to buy a house from this firm. One of their solicitors was selling his house and foolishly I did not realise that he put his interests as a house owner before his professional duties and responsibilities as a solicitor. There is a complaint going to the Scottish Legal complaints commission about his behaviour. Unfortunately the solicitor didn’t respond to the tradition of leaving the house clean and tidy and we spent two weeks clearing up his human filth! It is subjective ( so I’m told by solicitors). So there is no comeback for the filthy mess. That is no excuse. As a human being he should have ensured that the mess was cleared up.... Read more
