I’ve rented with a few estate agents over my time but DJ Alexander have genuinely been the easiest and most efficient company I’ve come across.

The whole transition from placing a holding fee to collecting the keys was seamless and I was constantly kept in the loop in correspondence as well as having almost instant replies to my emails or queries.

I’d like to especially thank Rachael Bulloch who is an absolute credit to the team and can probably delete the tens of emails I kept sending!

Alana Devlin of Benaird responded very quickly and helped me to sort out our issue with a dripping tap to get it replaced very quickly. I was concerned that we were losing a lot of water and fortunately the plumber was able to come around and fix it very quickly. Thank you!

I'd like to write this review for Alana and Benaird Property Maintenance (who I was put in touch with through DJ Alexander) they were incredibly professional and answered every email very quickly, the man who came to fix my radiators was super efficient and very helpful and told me exactly what to do if there was a problem again. I have very little knowledge in this area but at no point did I feel patronised or anything, would definitely recommend.
